Bella Vista Beach Cottage is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in North Duck called Sanderling. This neighborhood has many permanent residents, so adherence to quiet times is very important (no loud music or activities from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM). The Sanderling Pool and Racquet Club is available seasonally for guest use from June to October.



The neighborhood features a pond that is a popular fishing spot as well as nature walking trails and the home is located right at the edge of a dreamy canopy of live oaks!

Enjoy ample space for biking, family walks, and outdoor games. North Duck Water Sports is a short walk away for water enthusiasts, offering jet ski, kayak, & stand-up paddle board rentals. Guests also have access to the Sanderling community pool (June-Oct) & the charming town of Duck, just a few miles away.

Per the North Carolina Vacation Rental Act, all guests over 18 will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that governs the terms of the stay



★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE

We do not collect a security deposit. Instead, our company uses a third-party service for short-term rental insurance to ensure that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay. Please visit the Safely website for more information.
