Questa splendida casa di 5 camere da letto, ognuna con bagno privato, a Sanderling ha una splendida vista sull'oceano dalle camere da letto all'ultimo piano e di medio livello con vista sull'oceano. 1.500 piedi quadrati di ponti, incluso avvolgimento a livello medio con accesso da 3 delle 4 camere da letto in basso. Un ascensore è stato aggiunto per la vostra convenienza insieme a una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno con roll-under lavandino e maniglioni. La cucina vanta ripiani in quarzo e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile con due forni a microonde. La camera da letto principale all'ultimo piano ti farà sentire come un re con il suo bagno extra-large con vasca da bagno, lavandini separati e una grande doccia piastrellata con doppi soffioni, doccia a pioggia e getti completi. Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. This house was amazing! The kitchen was as well equipped as any rental house we’ve ever stayed out. Host provided good communication leading up to the reservation. Highly recommend this property.

4th of July at Duck

2 of my adult children and their families stayed for a week---11 people in all. We visited for 2 dinners, and were very pleased with all of the aspects of this home---the layout was perfect and the view and proximity to the ocean ideal. We would highly recommend Cats' Paws!

First time to OBX , Friday check in is great , traffic was good .

Great location, house is beautiful and the layout of house was good , everyone had their space . Loved being right on the beach , screen in porch was awesome, I do suggest that someone looks at the bunk beds , they are loose and are not sturdy . I would definitely rent this house again .

Great house in great Duck neighborhood

Great house on the beach in an awesome Duck neighborhood. The only area for attention in the house is the screen porch which could use additional cleaning. The Climb down to the beach, over the dune was steep so you need to be in good shape. The stairs down (if they are there) have long since been covered by sand. There are neighborhood access that are near you could use for beach access. Great easterly view. Saw a gorgeous sunrise drinking a cup of coffee from LR window. The dunes are high in this area of Duck so we couldn’t see the beach from the house. All in all I would rent this house again.

Great house!

Great house! It would be nice if you kept the windows clean. They were so caked with bugs the view was ruined. The rain came in the night before we left and cleaned off the bugs. But I wouldn’t use the deck or furniture because of all the dead bugs. Also the ice maker doesn’t work in the fridge. Everything else was great. Beautiful home!

Great get away

Sad that the storms had washed away any chance of being on the beach. The ocean gave us a marvelous show from the screened in porch during good and bad weather days. Kitchen needs some upgrades on pots and pans and someone to get rid of coffee makers that no longer work. Bought and left a small coffee maker for those who like decaf. Beds were very comfortable, but pillows all needed to be replaced, old and stained covers on them We bought new ones and left them for the next guests. Grill rusted out, no one answered the phone to report it. We went to the RR office and a new one was delivered later that day. The gentleman also repaired a lose railing with fresh longer nails. A hazard if anyone leaned on it. TOP level!. Great room furniture very comfortable and easy viewing of lg screen TV. Elevator a wonderful amenity.

Outer Banks - Duck

The property was very nice and accommodating. We did call maintenance about a couple of issues and never received any action on them. The worse thing were the midges (small flying insects) that were everywhere! I understand this is not an always occurrence. The screen porch on the inside was covered with dead ones which probably should have been cleaned off, thus the lower cleaning rating.

Beautiful, modern beach home

Every bedroom has it's in bathroom and is it ever spacious, 3 king bedroom. Very clean.. Beautiful decks all around, great views of ocean and plenty of parking of space. Well equipped kitchen. Will come again.

Perfect house for three-generations

This was the perfect house for us, our daughter, her children and grandchildren. We fit perfectly -- all the little ones in the bunk-bed room -- couples in the others. We never felt crowded. Beach access was such a plus. The elevator made hauling suitcases and supplies an easy task. The furnishings were comfortable. What more can I say? We even saw a huge cat pause on the beach walkway!
