Step outside on your private deck for a wonderful view of the Atlantic any time of day. This townhome offers a prime location, just a short walk away from the beach, unique local shops and restaurants. Comfort and functionality are what you'll find at Sea Dunes.

This two bedroom townhome offers two living levels and a ground level with a garage, laundry area and convenient shower. The top level includes an open great room with a living area, dining table with seating for six and a cozy kitchen area. A Step outside onto the top floor deck for a gorgeous ocean view. Downstairs you'll find a King master bedroom with its own en suite and a Queen bedroom with hall bath. The King master bedroom is a spacious suite with its own private bath with a soaking tub.

This level also includes deck access to the shaded covered porch. Grab a good book and curl up in the hammock swing outside. The kids and kids at heart will love playing at the community Club House featuring a racquet ball court, rec room, ping-pong table, air hockey table and arcade games. A large community pool and tennis courts are centrally located for additional entertainment. Sea Dunes' ocean views, closeness to the beach and wonderful community amenities make it a terrific spot for your family's simple seaside vacation.

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Amenities at Kitty Dunes are great & the layout of condos are very comfortable & decorated nicely. Our particular condo needed a little more attention to detail as far as cleaning. Especially the bathroom floors & shower stall. Otherwise, we were satisfied. We left it cleaner than when we arrived.

Our stay at OBX

Property exactly as described. There was not a TV in the queen bedroom, which was disappointing. The king bedroom had a very small TV. The windows in the family room were very dirty, we washed them so we could see the ocean. We contacted the maintenance about changing the filter so the air-conditioning was more efficient, as it was very dirty. Noone came. The bedroom needs more light. We really liked the keyless entry. Liked the washer and dryer.
