Your 2-bedroom condominium will provide your family with a wonderful visit to the tranquil northern side of the Outer Banks.

Your 2 bedroom condo offers a cozy two-level condo layout that includes a spacious living room, kitchen, and balcony access to glance at the beautiful ocean-side surroundings. Start your day off perfectly with a cup of coffee on the balcony, listen to sounds of the waves and take in the views of the famously stunning Outer Banks sunrises. Prepare a delicious snack in the kitchen and gather everyone together for a night in! The living area's comfy couches and flatscreen HDTV will be a favorite alternative to the community's outdoor fun!

Barrier Island Station condos provide a classic and comfortable atmosphere for your vacation. With 1 King En Suite, 1 Queen bedroom (downstairs bedroom) and 1 loft with a Full bed and twin trundle, ample living space, and 1 Full shared bathroom, this condo is a great choice for friends traveling together or a small family. The bedrooms provide sleeping accommodations for 6, and each includes an HDTV.

The community amenities offer an outdoor pool with a kiddie pool/child pool, and an indoor pool, with the indoor option open year-round (as well as the indoor recreation room)! You can also enjoy an indoor recreation room in the winter. There is also a snack bar on the premises. Enjoy the complex's tennis courts, basketball court, and volleyball courts and/or shuffleboard, then relax in the hot tub and sauna area after playing all day. Public bathrooms are available for convenience. Barrier Island Station also offers guests an exercise and fitness center, grills and picnic areas, a playground for the children, family activities, and more! Barrier Island Station includes something for everyone.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Black moldy shower curtain, thick untouched dust in vents, rusty old window AC’s not installed properly, could not locate or open the tryndle bed in loft, bare minimum start up supplies, broken deck chair, cheap poor quality towels, 55 steps up to 3rd floor is a killer which is no where mentioned in the ad! Property upkeep was horrible with exposed wire boxes, wet smelly bathmat on floor in downstairs bathroom. - Not worth the money!

We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay.

Great Location in Duck for families

Our summer family occasion stay at the Sea Seeker was overall good. It’s a prime location in the low key town of Duck outside of the commercial areas. The pool was nice for the children although it was dirty at times and could use a better cleaning. The unit itself was in good condition. The patio view of this top corner unit was spectacular and the best in the entire complex. Views of the ocean were tremendous at all times of the day. The cleaning crew must’ve been in a hurry because they forgot to sweep up the kitchen floor so I had to do it myself. Overall, it was a great place and recommended.

The place could use some updating and whoever did the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. There were someone’s toenail clippings on the bath mat. The location was great and the property management company was very communicative.

Perfect getaway!

Really enjoyed our week long stay. Great location - oceanfront but walkable to the shops and restaurants in Duck. Very cozy atmosphere. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the Roku tvs! Amazing views from every window. Literally! You could see the ocean from every window. Keep in mind this is on the top floor and there are no elevators. Consider it your stairway to heaven. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Fall beach trip

Overall, it is a beautiful place with wonderful ocean views! Seemed well stocked except no garbage bags! Comfy beds and furniture. Be sure to bring passwords for streaming channels
