Top floor ocean views and total relaxation await you in this well-equipped home with a private pool in a quiet residential neighborhood, convenient to shopping and restaurants yet only steps to the beach. Less than a 2-minute walk (100 yards) to beach access at the end of the street, with no major highway crossing.

Level 2:
4 bedroom (2 with Queen, 1 with Twins, 1 with Pyramid bunk with Trundle), 2 shared full baths (one with walk-in shower).

Level 3:
Bedroom (with Queen and private bath with walk-in shower), living/dining/kitchen area, powder room; enclosed screed porch.
