NUOVO NOLEGGIO - Steps From The Ocean!

Benvenuti a Shore Thing, il nostro cottage con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni situato al MP 2. 5 in Kitty Hawk! Incredibile vista sull'oceano da tutte le 13 finestre che circondano la grande sala! Cottage molto confortevole e luminoso che sicuramente ti piacerà, sia dentro che fuori. Molto convenientemente situato di fronte all'oceano con molti aggiornamenti. Il ponte anteriore è il luogo perfetto per godersi la vista sull'oceano e la splendida alba del mattino con un enorme ponte posteriore fatto per i tramonti. Questa casa ha un ottimo layout con molta luce e vista sull'acqua da ogni stanza.

Un sacco di parcheggio fuori strada sotto casa e un ripostiglio fornito di ombrelloni, carrello da spiaggia e sedie, tavolo da picnic, lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice, grande doccia esterna, oltre a una griglia a gas, griglia a carbone per barbecue e un'amaca!

This was such a perfect house. It had everything you need. Good views, loaded kitchen, tv, games, steps to the beach, walking distance to some restaurants, within 15 min from KDH. Great communication. I definitely plan to stay here again!!

Great beach house. Perfectly sized for our family of 4, but could be great for up to 6, especially with ample deck and backyard space. We spent a ton of time on the front deck listening to the waves. The beach road is a little treacherous for walking, but the beach access is just close enough to make it ok. Beautiful updated kitchen and open living and dining areas were A. The house has everything and the owner put a lot of TLC for guests. Owner also was great at communicating and got us in 4 hours early! The hot tub was great and looked brand new. Will look to book this house down the road for another vacation!

100% smooth

Howard was the perfect host with the perfect house. I don't believe there was anything Howard had not thought of. The house was loaded with many extras and was fully stocked. We were greeted with a warm welcome package. We stay in OBX a few times per year and this BY FAR had the best accommodations!

Kitty Hawk Getaway!

Really enjoyed visiting Kitty Hawk! Lots of rain through our stay but there are so many things to do besides the beach, it was easy to stay busy! Really enjoyed Sunrise to Sunset! Great house and great hosts!!

Perfect house w/ nice view

This house is exactly as seen in the photos. Perfect size for family of 6. Very clean inside and outside. Nice hot tub which was perfect for our October stay. Has all the amenities you need to have a great time. We loved it and will definitely be back. Also, the owners are great and prompt with responding.

Great Place!

Property was extremely neat and clean. Very easy check in. The owners have thought of everything you might need for your vacation: kitchen very well stocked , games , TV’s in all rooms, beach chairs - umbrellas, outlets available for cell phone charger at all night stands, and more! Communication with Howard was great! He made sure we had a smooth check- in and was available for any questions we had and responded quickly! Great place, thanks Howard!!

Awesome trip!

We truly enjoyed our long weekend here. Even though we didn’t have the best weather it ended up being ok. House was the perfect size, beds were great, LOVE the couch! House was very clean & cozy! We will definitely be back!! Oh and great communication with the host.

Awesome Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at Sunrise to Sunset. The home was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach and was also close to many restaurants and things to do. The inside of the home was very clean and the open floor plan was perfect for our family gathering. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything you’d need to cook and serve big family meals and the back yard / back deck was very inviting as well with lots of room for the kids outdoor fun. And, we couldn’t have asked for any better communication with the host, Howard. He was amazing! Overall, a 10 out of 10 and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Getaway!

We stayed at the cottage for a three day weekend to celebrate a couple of birthdays...definitely wished we could've stayed longer...we will next time!!! Short walk to the beach and the cottage was equiped with everything you need from beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas, to a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor sitting area, kitchen totally furnished with cookware, dinnerware, glasses, etc., large table for dining, a TV in every room, and the list goes on and on! Great deck in the front of the cottage to enjoy a view of the ocean and/or watch the sunrise each morning! The owner was in communication in a timely fashion with instructions on using the keypad to lock/unlock the cottage and also was available for anything else we needed, which was nothing! We even were able to check in a bit early, so, overall, I would definitely recommend this cottage! We had a wonderful weekend! Thank you!

Excellent vacation home!

We enjoyed everything about this house! The location was excellent, the owner so kind and helpful, the house was stocked with everything you could think of and then some to make our stay so very hospitable. Everything was cleaned, tidy and organized and the house came with great activities to enjoy when not at the beach. Will def stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

This little Beach Getaway is a great place. Convenient easy location. Best features…..ALL OF THEM! Super clean and well stocked. It is updated and has everything you need. Owner was great to communicate with and always very considerate. It was clear they want their guests to have a positive experience. Thank you Howard and family for a wonderful experience. Spring Break Getaway

Sunrise Sunset was everything captured in the pictures and more. It didn’t even matter that the weather wasn’t perfect because we were able to wake up and look out at the ocean from the beautiful big windows in the sitting area. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy our meals and the hot tub was awesome! The house was located close to every amenity you could need, grocery, restaurant, golf, arcades, and even an Escape Room. Howard was a great host and we appreciate his family opening up their house to us. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful beach house!

Our family loved this house! It is very clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was updated and well stocked. The ocean views were amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive! Easy check in and check out. We’re already dreaming of when we can stay here again.
