Peachy Plover - Oceanside 6 BR Home w/Private Pool & Hot Tub
An outstanding and tastefully decorated home only 240 yards from the ocean with easy beach access. The top level of this well-appointed home has ocean views from all public areas. A six bedroom comfortable home, featuring a game room with kitchenette, large private 14 x 28 concrete pool and six person spa. Home is close to downtown Duck and restaurants via the bike trail.
Level 1:
1 bedroom (with 2 Bunk sets), full bath (tub/shower), game room with a Sleep sofa, kitchenette has 18 cubic feet refrigerator with ice maker, full sink, small microwave. Laundry room.
Level 2:
4 bedrooms (3 with King, 1 with Queen), each with private bath (tub/shower), and walk-in closets.
Level 3:
Large great room with ocean views, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, pantry, powder room. 1 King bedroom with private bath (with newly renovated walk-in tile shower), private deck off bedroom. Screened-in porch.
