Situated between the ocean and the sound, Z's By the Sea gives you the best of both worlds, with community amenities and direct access to both shores just steps from your door.

At the heart of the home is an open-concept top-level living space that makes gathering effortless. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers, and it flows directly into a spacious living and dining area with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace—ideal for mealtimes, game nights, or simply enjoying each other’s company.

Step outside through sliding doors to a covered deck that invites you to enjoy your coffee with a sunrise or relax in the shade after a day at the beach. This seamless indoor/outdoor layout is perfect for entertaining in any season.

Cosa c’è nei dintorni?

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Great house, close to the beach

We had a terrific stay at this property! It's a very short walk to beach access, there is plenty of room, and all the kitchen appliances/utensils that you would need. The house did not have any tissues & during the one nice afternoon during our 3-day stay, a maintenance rep came over to service both the pool & the hot tub (inconvenient timing). Otherwise, we recommend this house & would be happy to stay here in Duck again!
