1) in early December, we asked the concierge to make a number of lunch and dinner reservations for us. He said they were confirmed. When we got to the first restaurant we realized he didn’t make a single arrangement on our behalf and was lying to us
2) the concierge’s last day at the Grand Tirolia was our first full day at the resort. The hotel did not monitor an outgoing employee’s behavior and activity with guests when they knew he was leaving, and left us, the guests, to deal with the consequences.
3) the new concierge was not able to make any arrangements for us because it is high season. The one “confirmed” dinner reservation he made turned out to not have a table for us.
4) we have asked to speak with the hotel manager for 4 days, but they have not reached out to us
5) the taxi transfer we asked them to arrange for us was told to us by the hotel to cost EUR395. When we got to the airport, the driver said it was EUR445
6) our room was not made up on both of the days we were there
7) a Russian guest slipped on the wet floor in the spa and needed to be taken to the airport.
