“The room is clean, well design and big compared to Japanese standard room. Like the toilet separate from shower room. Staff are courteous and attentive. Easy check in and check out through their booths.”

“We had a hectic arrival from Haneda and late check-in at the hotel but we were pleasantly surprised by not only the location of the hotel but by the property itself. What a cool and comfortable place for me and my family to spend a few nights! It’s close to many restaurants and stores but being so close to the Nakano Sun Mall and station was really convenient. We will miss this property!”

“We stayed in the corner triple room for 2 nights. The room is large and clean. The condition is excellent! I like the tatami style flooring. The bathroom, toilet and sink are in separate location. So I didn't run into my family members. We had good sleep at night. The location is central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.”

The building looks brand new, the facilities are spotless, there's always someone cleaning around, you get free breakfast and soft drinks, the consumables included are top notch. The only thing is maybe they could work a bit on their receptionists' English. In case you need to know, they're tattoo friendly (not that it is my case).”
