Two bedrooms feature cozy queen beds, while the third offers a queen/ twin bunk bed, making it easy to sleep up to 6 guests comfortably.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a sunny bistro area that’s perfect for sipping morning coffee or planning your day.
Step outside and choose your view: relax in the backyard with a glimpse of the church tower rising above the neighborhood, or sit on the front porch to take in the energy of downtown life just steps away.

Our home comes with a little personality! Being right on a bustling one-way street means you’re in the heart of downtown life, complete with a bike lane just outside the sidewalk, foot traffic, and road traffic. The driveway is narrow and tight, so think of it as a gentle challenge for your parking skills.
Inside, you may notice some squeaky floors, just part of this older home’s character. And while you might hear a touch of city traffic, we’ve made it cozy with white noise machines in every bedroom to help you drift right off to sleep.
-The washer and dryer is located in the basement downstairs.
- We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
-This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are 10:00 P.M-7:00 A.M daily. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No parties!
- No unauthorized guests are allowed on site without our knowledge or permission.
-Please do not flush towelettes, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet as this is an older home.
-The trash bins are located outside the front door. There is a recycling bin (black lid) and trash bin (Green lid.) Trash is picked up every Monday.
-For safety and insurance purposes, charging electric vehicles (EVs) or electric bikes (e-bikes) on the property is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of standard household outlets or extension cords. Guests are encouraged to use designated public EV charging stations nearby. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
-Booking guest must be present for duration of the stay. Guests are not allowed to book on behalf of another party. Extra guests not listed in the booking need to be approved by me before entering the home. Overnight visitors can be coordinated for an extra fee.
-No dogs, cats and/or pets are allowed on the furniture. This includes bedding, couches, tables, etc. Guest must clean up the droppings of their dogs, cats and/or pets. An additional fee of $25.00 will be charged if droppings are not picked up.
