“Such a beautiful little cabin nestled in the mountains. It was very comfortable and accommodating. The peace we felt there was awesome. Host was kind and welcoming. Perfect little getaway. “The Ashland Cottage was superb--full of charm and warmth, just like its owners, Margaret and Mark. We loved the cottage itself--artsy and homey, tucked into the woods of Ashland, with a private deck and gorgeous views of hills. Margaret goes above and beyond, supplying visitors with every comfort of home (plus fresh eggs for our breakfast!). “My husband and I stayed at the house for only 2 nights and we wished could have stayed longer. The house was amazing. It was well furnished and the bed was so comfy. And those heated bathroom floors …… My husband tried to fish the river but it was too high, but it was nice to listen to at night. We enjoyed an afternoon at Red Lily Winery. We were wishing we would have brought more people to enjoy the experience. We will definitely be back.”

“We loved the space (so many clever uses of space, farm artifacts, and whimsical furniture)!! It was so comfortable and clean. Our only regret was coming in late and leaving early in the morning....we didn't get to explore and spend more time there.”

“This property was a great find! Although We had one of the smaller units it was almost perfect for just a few nights away. It is walking distance to many restaurants & Lithia Park as well as to OSF Theatre. The hosts were so nice. We really couldn’t have a better stay for the price. We’d happily stay again, but next time we’d stay in a larger unit with a full kitchen. ”

"Siamo entrati nella camera assegnataci e non era stata pulita dopo l'ospite precedente! Abbiamo chiesto ovviamente un'altra ma il receptionist era probabilmente drogato da come si muovevva e parlava (erano le 22) e ci ha detto che l'hotel era pieno e noneaveva camere! dopo varie discussioni surreali per fortuna è arrivato il suo cambio e il nuovo receptionist ci ha asegnato una camera. Per qainto riguarda la struttura è vecchia e maleodorante, le camere trasandate come anche le parti comuni. Non cpaisco proprio il rating dato a questa struttura, mne ho visti di Comfort inn e per questo lo avevo scelto, sono semplici ma dignitosi... eccetto questo!"
