Green Villa Bungalow Bukit Tinggi (EVENT HOUSE) is a newly renovated and well-equipped homestay located in the center of Klang, just a few minutes' drive from many local famous restaurants, shops, and attractions. We have lot’s of fun games in our villa to occupy yourself such as Board games, cards, Carrom board, Pool table. Around Green Villa, you can find many local famous food shops and stores.
Nearby Bukit tinggi Medical center.

Number of Rooms: 4 rooms (each equipped with air conditioning and fan)
Number of Beds: 9 queen-size beds, we also have movable floor mattresses)
Number of Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms
Living Rooms: Large living room (downstairs), small living room (downstairs)
Provided Facilities: Shower gel, shampoo, clothes hangers, clothing racks, towels, WIFI (100MBPS), board games, tissues
Parking Spaces: 2 (indoor), 1-3 (outdoor)

Downstairs Layout:
One rooms: One with a shared bathroom (connected to the kitchen)
Living Room 1: Comfortable and spacious living room, providing a relaxing space for you.
Living Room 2: Spacious and Karaoke corner to chill the day with your loved one’s
Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen (complete cookware, tableware, washing machine, dishwashing liquid, induction stove, refrigerator).

Upstairs Layout:
Three rooms: Each with an individual bathroom, offering more privacy.
Master Bedroom: Located upstairs, furnished with three queen-size beds, providing a cozy sleeping environment for you and your family.

NOTICE

Welcome to our newly renovated and fully furnished home. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:

1. Self check-in is required.

2. To save electricity and protect the environment, please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use.

3. We kindly request that guests reduce the volume after 12am to ensure a peaceful environment for all.

4. A security deposit of RM300 will be collected during check-in and refunded after check-out, provided that no items are damaged.

5. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests who smoke indoors will be fined RM300. Smoking is permitted outside.

6. We kindly ask that guests clean kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, and cups after use to help us maintain a clean and tidy home.

7. We maintain a shoes-free environment to ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

8. For security purposes, we kindly request that all windows, doors, and the main gate be closed and locked at all times.

9. Do not spoil and misplace the board games, carrom board and Pool table. You will have to pay extra for any kind damages.

10. Take care of the furniture's. You will have to pay extra for any kind damages.

11. All the extra beds, blankets and towels been placed in the bedroom. Kindly leave it at the bedroom after used.

12. we request you to always turn on and off the Water pump before and after the usage of bathroom.

13. Please be informed, do not change the position of the furniture's as for your preference.

14. Please ensure you PACK and THROW the food and trashes to the GREEN BIN located outside the house. If not extra cleaning charges will be impose.

15. If using BBQ pit, please clean it and do not put the BBQ pit under the rain. Guest should bring their own charcoals and fire starter.16. Do not eat & drink in the bedroom.

Around Green Villa, you can find many local famous food shops and stores, including Shanmuga Restaurant, their fried chicken and Nasi Lemak is a top Notch, Shin Boston Restaurant,Pandamaran Fried Chicken & Shaking Ice, Chili Pan Mee and etc.

We allow to organize event (WEDDING/ ENGAGEMENT/BIRTHDAY/ etc) in our villa with maximum capacity of 100pax. Extra charges required to organize event and You have to inform host. You can also request us to put up tent/ canopy if needed with extra charges.
