Not clean, for example.in the shared kitchen... better no comment. The room was clean at an average level. Staff is not useful at all. Even if you send a message from the chat they simply ignore it. Our room had NO AIR CONDITIONING. The corridor and shared areas had it. Not in our room! We couldn't sleep because it was crazy hot and my wife almost had a panic attack we were going to call for an ambulance. I could relax her and the morning after the first night we left. They even refused to reimburse the second night despite the false information about the availability of the air conditioning.

The apartment was very spacious, but there was a really bad drainage smell in the bathroom. The bed was comfy though, and it was fine for 1 night. We just shut the bathroom door.

Ikke godt renhold, vaskemaskin i dårlig forfatning, sengene var gode og beliggenhet var bra. Rett ved metrostasjon.

The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.
