In collaboration with the stud farm, we offer guests arriving with horses the option to board their horses there, from where they can then go for rides through the beautiful countryside.

Guided tours of the Ganschow stud farm are also available by appointment. Here you can admire around 300 warmbloods as well as approximately 30 Trakehner broodmares and their offspring.

Every year in July, the Ganschow Mare Parades take place here over three weekends. Here you can admire spectacular performances and majestic mares.

In addition, the Ganschow Stud Farm offers riding lessons, horseback riding opportunities, and carriage rides.

In the monastery village of Dobbertin, you can board the passenger ship MS “Condor” and enjoy a one- or multi-hour excursion along the bays of the nature-protected Lake Dobbertin, marveling at the pristine flora and fauna of the nature park. Here you can observe rare waterfowl in the reed-lined shoreline area and admire the historic silhouette of the venerable Benedictine monastery of Dobbertin from the lake.
