Hotel vicino a Kleis Park - Toledo

“We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 ”

“The room smelled terrible. The air conditioning ran all night but we didn’t want to turn it off risking it smelling worse. There was dogs barking and loud music throughout the night. Overall not a great experience, but we had no other choice since all other hotels were booked for the Glass City Marathon. :/ ”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“He was wonderful. The room was to be expected size. Everything was great hotel. Staff was wonderful. The major issue here with this specific property is parking. Parking is not convenient, especially when there are sports events in the area.”

“It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day.”

“Building looked very sketchy and very rundown/unclean. We did not feel safe staying here and I ended up accepting my losses because I couldn’t cancel or get a refund. Paid for two hotels because this place didn’t feel safe in the slightest. ”
