“The cover to the shower handle was pulled away from the wall, it was reported but not fixed and another room was not offered. The toilet was dirty also. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. The rest of the building was very nice. The staff was very nice and friendly. The Leadlight restaurant was absolutely fabulous! Abby, our waitress, was beyond top notch! The food portions were huge and a five star rating for the food!”

“Room floor dirty, dusty and fridge was off which had an odor when opened. Three person stay but room only had 2 bath towels. We couldn’t get more until housekeeping came in at 10am. ”

“The place seemed run down. Skipped breakfast seeing just cold items but coffee wasn't terrible. The staff let us check in early which was nice but since they couldn't find the housekeeper to verify if the room was ready we were told to go in ahead and see, which was odd. My husband misplaced the room key and the nightshift guy just issued him a new one after just asking the room number (no cross checking the name or seeing ID) which I guess is a sign of trust culture maybe but felt somewhat...

“Very nice very accommodating. I was only there overnight but the room was clean. Breakfast was good refrigerator freezer was absolutely wonderful as I’m traveling across country with food so it was perfect front desk lady was absolutely sweet as could be check in and check out.”

“It was okay for the price. I did not expect a room FULL of mirrors though. Behind the bed: MIRROR from wall to wall, and bed to ceiling, no headrest, just MIRROR. And to make it worse across from the bed (you guessed it) another big mirror. So while in bed I felt like a victim in a horror movie, waiting to see something in the illusion of mirrors. Creepy. Maybe it was just me. Overall, everything was just okay for the price. ”

“Honestly we just came for the pool for two days because the weather has been bad and not much to do outside. Had a great time. Breakfast was a plus.”

“The breakfast was delicious. The biscuits were a little burnt but everything else was amazing. The staff was wonderful and the room was so clean and comfortable! Will be here again for sure!”

“Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was a good size, and the shower was spotless, and the towels were stocked and they had full shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles in the shower. This was our 3rd hotel of the weekend, and it was by FAR the best... thank you to everyone from management to cleaning staff to the cooks for making our stay wonderful!”
