Having the metro was incredible and having a grocery store a block down was great. Park can get difficult and honestly overwhelming if it was more of a peak season.”

“The property was in a quiet residential area yet so close to the old town via bus just 100 metres down the road or 15-20 minute walk on a beautiful walking path. Eva was a wonderful host who showed us through our apartment on check in and gave us some valuable tips. We also utilised the upstairs laundry for a small fee which was most appreciated after a couple of weeks living out of our suitcases. Would highly recommend this place”
“Lovely stay. Suite for 6 was ideal, plenty of space and comfy beds. Sofa bed was good quality and comfortable. Laundry for guests free of charge was a great bonus! (Though busy) ”
“Everything was more than perfect. The host made us feel at home. All is very adaptable for people with reduced mobility. The showers especially were very well adapted for seniors. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spotless. If we needed anything more the host was always able to provide. Walking distance to pharmacy, grocery store, etc. I highly recommend this stay.”

Hopefully, after some distress, one customer service agent (Kristzina) jumped in and took charge of the situation, providing us at least a partial refund for the inconveniences. The third star for the structure owe to her. It is unfortunate the poor management, because the potential for Numa Ivy is really high. They should find better partners and do not neglect what they have: God forbid the plastic flowers as well!"
