It is located on the ground floor of the house and has an outdoor barbecue area and terrace, and is within easy reach of the hiking and cross-country ski trail network. The ski area in Mühlleithen is about 5 minutes away by car and the neighbouring ski area in Bublava (Czech Republic) is only 5 km away.
