“The place was amazing , the beach was right in front the view was amazing, only thing that is not in booking site is that cleaning service and changing of towels is only every 4th day, very good if u book for 2 days but not for a week, i booked 29c moykonos before and spoke about the cleaning issue they didn't like my complain and cancelled my booking without bringing in my knowledge late at night and i was suppose to travel the very next morning i book this resort and unfortunately same company...

“Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.”

"Good option in Umhlanga rocks. Things which could be improved easily: - more careful room service (one day room was done by the housekeeping and the towel replacement was not provided, I had to call to have them back) - I had to ask for the shower mat and it disappeared again the following day. Looks like it’s not part of the standard provision - the sustainability policy for towels is just on the paper. Even if I left them hanging for reuse, these have been changed daily. Last, one bottle of water could be added in the room at least at the arrival as a courtesy. "
