“We had a wonderful stay at this apartment hotel in York. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting York! ”

“Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. ”

“Excellent site with great parking, accepts dogs into the pod and the costs of a one night stay we found very reasonable. Not many pod owners have just one night stays and that's why we stayed there. Give it a bash. ”

“The place was good and the on site staff were helpful but the overall experience from Hotels.com was terrible and made the whole trip unpleasant. The accommodation don’t answer the phone and Hotel.com have appalling customer service and just don’t care what happens after they take your money, they openly admit that they have NO complaints procedure and that they do not abide by Data Protection law. ”

“This is an amazing spot. My family of 5 had everything we needed. I love that it was so close to city center but easily accessible. There is a pub next door that plays music a little late so if you like to go to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If we are ever in the area we will be back!”

“Lovely apartment within walking distance to the centre of York. Quiet, which was great because of the races being on. Highly recommend! I also left a few tops behind and they were quick to contact me and they are posting them out for me, all good!”
