“Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit, sehr schöne große saubere Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon, sehr gute Küche, hervorragende Kuchen (der Kirschkuchen ist ein Gedicht, da ißt man gleich 2 Stück), leckeres Frühstück mit tollem Obstsalat u. leckerem Bircher Müsli!
Der Pool ist bei diesen Temperaturen perfekt! Eine Sauna ist auch vorhanden! Der große Park ist ideal zum Ausspannen!

“Sehr schönes Hotel in Mindelheim. Mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem leise. Rezeption falls nicht besetzt ist kein Problem, da man sich sehr einfach über einen Automaten eicnchecken kann und seinen Schlüssel erhält. Parkplatz vorhanden, und zwei Aufladestationen für E-Autos. Die Dame an der Rezeption war super freundlich! Auch die Damen beim Frühstück sehr nett. Sehr empfehlenswert.”

"There was a fire alarm at 7:20 in the morning. It was deafening loud and ultimately resulted in nothing. However I was outside in the rain for twenty minutes waiting until the firefighters came to shut the alarm.
I get it. It wasn’t there fault. However I think it should have been at least acknowledged at check out. A ‘sorry’ for what happened would have been sufficiente. "
