“The property was clean and well maintained. The room was very clean and tidy. AC was great and shower and bathroom were great as well. The beds were very clean. The staff, day and night, were amazingly professional, friendly and happy. My only complaint was that the outlets at the bedside were loose and it was a challenge to keep the plug in proper place to complete a charge.”

“We had no housekeeping for the last day of our stay which was last Sunday. We had to go downstairs to get our wine open and come back up no wine opener. We ran out of tissue what else? Oh our keys stopped working for two days. I had to get them recharged and we had expected to have breakfast you know complementary breakfast like the Hilton and other hotels I’m really shocked and amazed so my mother and I am at 80 six-year-old Mom and I who flew in from New York were not impressed. ”

“Ottimo Hotel, pulito e ben arredato, unica pecca sono i pc dell'area comune, lo puoi usare solo per navigare in internet, se devi spostare le foto da una fotocamera ad una memoria esterna, come nel mio caso, non è possibile, in quanto puoi usare il pc per soli 15 minuti e solo per visionare delle pagine internet.”

“Motel scelto per la posizione lungo un'arteria di grande comunicazione dell'Ilinois. Abbiamo usufruito di 2 camere doppie, pulite complete nelle suppelletili e, dulcis in fundo, confortate al mattino da un'ottima colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“Wonderful restored apartment building from 1920s, mostly original elegant woodwork. Some rooms still with much or all original features - such as a cast iron clawfoot tub in our room (Dahlia), also an old treadle sewing machine converted to a side table. Very generous and helpful staff, including breakfast chef who made a hearty breakfast each day. Great location ~7 blocks walk from historic district. Only minor drawbacks - slightly worn linens, bed so-so, curtains not light-blocking at least in...
