This thoughtfully designed studio is a masterclass in functional elegance. With a flexible daybed on wheels and dual-comfort mattresses, the space effortlessly transitions from a restful lounge to a cozy sleep zone. Floor-to-ceiling shuffle panels redefine the layout as needed, cultivating a serene yet inspiring atmosphere for work or relaxation.

Architect Caroline Heuts curated a tactile blend of materials—micro cement, terrazzo, glass, and steel—enhanced by iconic vintage design pieces from Magistretti, Bertoia, and Urquiola. Soft brown velvet contrasts the bright white walls, while programmable lighting highlights the raw charm of exposed concrete, adding a contemporary twist.

Guests enjoy full and private access to the entire studio. This includes a compact yet fully equipped kitchen, a spacious pantry/walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a luxurious comfort sunshower. The modular living and sleeping area is styled with a curated mix of vintage and contemporary design pieces, offering both functionality and flair. Located in a peaceful residential area, you’re just minutes away from the vibrant heart of Knokke.

The Neighborhood:
This studio enjoys a prime location on the Belgian coast, right on the promenade of Heist, one of the quieter and more authentic districts of Knokke-Heist. Step outside your front door and you’re just a 10 meters from the wide sandy beach – perfect for a morning walk, sunbathing, or enjoying a drink with sea views.

Heist offers a peaceful seaside vibe, yet you're just a short bike ride or tram trip from the stylish boutiques, gourmet restaurants, and vibrant art galleries of central Knokke. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity to the Zwin Nature Park and the scenic cycling paths that run along the coast and into the nearby polders.

A highlight of the area is the Kusttram (Coastal Tram) – the longest tram line in the world – which runs along the entire Belgian coast, from Knokke to De Panne.
