The Space:

You rent the entire sea-view apartment on Zeedijk-Duinbergen. No shared spaces with other guests or an owner. There is a lift in the building.



Bedrooms (up to 7 guests)

• Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm

• Bedroom 2: double bed 140 cm

• Bedroom 3: bunk bed with 2 sleeping places at the bottom and 1 on top



The open living area is the heart of the apartment. Large windows face the beach and North Sea. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Washing machine available.



Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided.



Duinbergen / Knokke-Heist: promenade, beach, dunes and a polished coastal town with shops and restaurants.



Approximate distances:

• Beach / promenade: at the Zeedijk

• Knokke centre: short tram or bike ride

• Coastal tram: nearby



Parking: free private garage, about a 5 minute walk from the main entrance of the building. The garage is at Patriottenstraat 17, it is the garage door right in front of the gate where you enter. The keys are inside the apartment. Maximum car size is about an Audi Q3 or BMW X3.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive use of the entire apartment.



Self check-in via lockbox at the main entrance. After booking you receive a Guesty guest app link for your details, the EUR 300 card hold and apartment door access. Lift to the 6th floor.



The Neighborhood:

Duinbergen on the Knokke-Heist coastline: wide beach, promenade and dunes. A calmer stretch of the coast with easy access to Knokke centre.



Getting Around:

On the Zeedijk with beach at the door. Coastal tram nearby for Knokke and the wider coast.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

Waste can be sorted in the basement.



Beds: 3 beds of 140 cm and 1 bed of 90 cm.
