Hotel vicino a Knollwood Playground and Park - Charleston

“Property & room were immaculate. Staff were beyond friendly. We did not participate in the free breakfast. Parking was well lit, but they could use a few more handicapped spots.”

“The Marriott was serviceable but the room lacked extra blankets, no microwave in the room, and they were short staffed in the cleaning department. I was informed by a letter shoved under the door that room cleaning was unavailable.”

“I think it was circumstantial, but there was a group in the hotel that made my stay very unpleasant. Shared spaces were dominated by this group and they were generally rude. I was enroute to another city and have always enjoyed stopping in Charleston and staying at this hotel. However, this time was simply awful. I wasn't able to take advantage of the amenities, especially breakfast, so I just left as soon as I got up the next morning. Room was fine, clean, but my experience other than that...

“Staff was nice and helpful, location wasn't ideal but nice none the less. Loved their options on bathroom amenities and their pillows were so comfortable! The pool was nice but very humid inside. All around, I give it a 7/10”

“The room could have been cleaner. The ac worked well but needs to be clean. My daughter and I both had a reaction to the room air. The beds were very comfortable. Overall it was an ok stay. The staff were excellent and seemed to like their jobs. ”

“Reservation process went smoothly. The room was clean and fresh warm cookies were provided. The breakfast was eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, fruit etc. ”

“Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep.”
