“We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. It is more than well equipped with the most thoughtful touches, down to the welcome message on the board in the living area. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hospitality!”

“This small one room addition to a home is really nicely appointed and I had no idea there were so many frog/toad accessories! I really appreciate the care it took to make this small space so inviting! Owner is very friendly and we had a great time!! Would stay here again!”

“We loved staying in this apartment in The Old City. We walked everywhere we went. We parked 2 blocks away in a free parking area. Train tracks right behind the property didn't bother us at all. It was a unique experience. Got to tell my wife "since we're up"... Restaurants in the area were great. We will come back to Knoxville and would definitely stay at this beautiful place!”

“Clean and well decorated apartment facing a pretty yard. The location was close to everything in Knoxville, which was a huge plus for us. The streets in the neighborhood are not lit and full of turns so make sure to use GPS at night. The only downside was the seating room furniture is uncomfortable and the beds have no box spring so it's not the most comfortable sleep.”

“The place was clean and super cute! Beds were comfortable and the lighting was cozy. The host communicated very well and all instructions were clear.”

“We only spent one night here but it was very nice. Clean and accurately described. We wanted to eat in, and the kitchen was wonderful to make our meal. We got groceries from Three Rivers close by. Street noise was there (train horn, party music somewhere close by) but manageable. Thank you!”

“Gorgeous property that is in a great location to walk to restaurants. We traveled with 2 teenagers, one slept comfortably on the couch and the other slept on the provided air mattress.”

“The location was great for walking downtown and to the Old City. Place was quiet and very secure. If you can find a spot to park on the street in front of the building, do so. Otherwise, you have to park up the hill on W. Vine. Overall, we had a very nice stay and would book here again.”

“The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip.”
