Cottage a Knoxville

“.”

“La prima colazione inesistente.....................”

“This property was a complete mess. It was under construction and the first and second floors were all ripped apart. We were given a room on the third floor which was filled with outlets that didn’t work and mold and pieces of the wall in the bathroom were patched. No continental breakfast like we were told and ice machine didn’t work and the pool was closed. Construction debris everywhere. This was unacceptable!!!!.”

“We really appreciated all the friendliness of staff and the very clean and well maintained facilities. Good breakfast selections!”

“Room assigned to me had someone in it. When I tried to get in the room they had it dead bolted. Agent at the best western just let me stay in one of there rooms since the extended stay was booked!”

“I think we woke the front desk person up when we arrived early evening on a Saturday. The TV in our room didn't work. The bathroom fan was super loud. Had to call the front desk to get toilet paper because they had less than half a roll upon arrival. Says breakfast included with our stay. Breakfast was cereal and no milk. That's it. Beds were decent tho. Will probably not stay here again unless it was the only option in the area and we were desperate.”

“Perfect for our dogs. Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Beautiful view and exactly what we needed.”

“Clean room. General areas clean. Very good value hotel for the price.”

“We really enjoyed the cozy cabin and beautiful scenery and firepot”

“Dirty. Smelly. Furniture in tatters. Broken doors. No hand towels or washcloths provided.”

“The cabin was awesome - great ac on a very hot week. Loved the fire pit with the supplied split wood .”

“We had a great stay, I would recommend this place to anyone that is willing to climb a ladder to a loft to sleep. That being said the smaller cabins chairs in the living room area aren’t the most comfortable. The fire wood will cost you 20 if you wish to have a fire maybe bring your own. I also don’t feel that I should have to strip the bed or take the trash out if I am paying a cleaning fee. The bed is also not the most comfortable in the world. We did have a great time though. Just leaving...

“It was exactly what we needed for our weekend. Very cozy. The bathroom was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.”

“Room was clean and service was good.”
