“My family really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place! The unit was clean and beautifully and thoughtfully stocked. It was plenty of space for our young family of 4. It didn’t have a designated eating area, which was fine for our group since we almost exclusively ate out, but might be a deterrent for others. “Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.”

“The place was so adorable and comfortable. Also very well appointed with plenty of paper products and dish soap, laundry pods and dishwasher pods and trash bags. The setting of the place is back off the road up on a lovely hill in a clearing w a yard surrounded mostly by woods. Was so nice to sit on front porch and listen to the birds and watch the squirrels. Saw a deer pounce by the side window one day. One early morning my husband sat on the front porch and enjoyed watching a thunderstorm....

“This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)”
