Cozy and Sleek

Our home is conveniently located just a short 8-10 minute drive from downtown Knoxville and the University of TN, where you can explore all the best shopping stores and eateries. Looking for an adventure, the great Smokey Mountains are just a 45 minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for hiking, sightseeing, and more. Inside, our home is cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We have a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We do have security cameras throughout the exterior of the property.

Overall the stay was great. The house was clean, had plenty of room and had all the necessary amenities. We had a small issue with the batteries in the lock that was quickly remedied with a single phone call. Owner was responsive and on point with solution. We would stay again if available.

This home was perfect for my husband, myself, and our two young boys. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed. Very clean! Beds were cozy! We were sad to leave, but very thankful for the time we had here! Thank you for hosting our family, we truly appreciate you!

Stayed here for a quick overnight visit to Knoxville. Property was clean and big enough for our group of 4. The host was great at communicating and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Nothing fancy about this small ranch in a quiet neighborhood, but the home was immaculate, simply but tastefully decorated in mid-century modern decor, with plenty of towels, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space for kids to run and play outdoors. Very good wireless connection and even a printer. Fun games and books for the kids. We enjoyed afternoon snacks on the comfortable front porch, and had a fun and friendly interaction with the neighbor across the street! The location suited us well. Our party included 4 adults and 2 children, and was much more enjoyable than getting a couple of hotel rooms!

The house is an older, newly renovated home in a quiet, transitional neighborhood. Although sparsely furnished (sleek), it was comfortable and provided everything needed for a short stay. There is an awesome security system in place. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances. A new washer and dryer in the basement laundry was nice. The bathroom has been updated, but the bathtub is original with a new, non-adjustable shower head. Hot water was plentiful. The owner, Josh, checked in with us after arrival to see if anything was needed and was quick to respond. Thank you, Josh.

I must say that the Cozy and Sleek property exceeded my expectations. From the prompt communication from the host to the comfortable and clean beds to the bedroom to the fully stocked bathroom to the functioning kitchen to the spacious and sleek living room, everything was extremely cozy, inviting and relaxing. The House was spotless!! Watching the sunrise every morning from the beautiful living room window while I drank my tea, allowed me to start my day on a refreshed, invigorating and positive note. Sitting on the porch at night and watching the sun go down, allowed me to peacefully reflect on the day. The neighborhood was quiet and the people were friendly. I wasn’t expecting the amenities in the house to be “as advertised “. However, they were and much more. All my destinations were within a 20 minute drive from the house and I was extremely grateful for that. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Knoxville. You will not be disappointed! -Reico
