Hotel con piscina a Knoxville

“Breakfast was banal but expected. Biggest complaint is no elevator. How can a hospitality facility build a two story hotel without an elevator. What about guests like my wife and I forced to take a second floor room. We had to drag our heavy bags up the stairs and down when we left.”

“I have stayed at this hotel 2 times within the last week. They say they have gluten-free items for breakfast, but they only have oatmeal. They had a Udi's gf blueberry muffin the 1st time, but it must have stayed out too long because it was moldy. The 2nd time, they did find a muffin in the freezer so just had to microwave it to thaw it. In the past times I came, they had GF bread available. Their pool and spa was finally open after months of maintenance / refurbishment so that we great to use...

“Clean room”

“Very nice hotel. Breakfast was good (waffles, hot coffee, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage and gravy). Beds and room were clean and neat. Pool was clean. No hot tub. ”

“Breakfast was wonderful room was clean. Staff was more than accommodating did not use school so cannot comment on that.”

“Pool/hot tub were closed for painting, so that was disappointing!”
