“Okay for a quick overnight stop. Room smelt musty and smoky. Tv didn’t work well, very slow to load and change. Had a ground floor room so had to keep the blind closed due to privacy. Felt like being in a closet. Room was clean.”

“Room maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. Shower surround has a crack across the faucet & controls. Faucet and handles are very loose. Bottom of toilet had a huge yellowish/brown spot. There is no breakfast available. My impression is that the property may have recently changed ownership and maybe they are trying to improve it; if so, they have a long way to go.”

“Checked in and the room was nice and clean until I went into the restroom and it was flooded...it was the water line connected to the toilet and instead of them fixing it they just turned the water valve off that supplied the water to the toilet. Other than that the stay was good. Do better on your maintenance!”

“Room was a handicapped room. Shower/tub floor extremely slippery and dangerous. Knobs to turn on shower were ridiculous to adjust without getting in the shower first to adjust. Had to hang on to the shower rails to move in the tight tub to shower because we kept slipping in the shower. We are not even handicapped! Bed soft but ok. Staff friendly. Elevator floors sticky and dirty —there were grad parties but floors were gross”

“Didn’t really care for your property because what is advertised on the website is not what the room is setup for. If you look on your own website it’s totally different from what the room has for. Floors , furniture , bathroom, drapes … everything was OLD and a turnoff. ”
