Spacious bungalow next to downhill biking at Baker Creek with grill & fire pit

Boho-modern inspired, newly renovated bungalow located at Baker Creek Preserve in South Knoxville. Access more than 50 miles of trails in the Urban Wilderness from your front door, or be in downtown Knoxville in less than 5 minutes. Queen beds in each of the 3 bedrooms, fully-stocked kitchen, sunroom, fire pit, grill, washer/dryer and more. Lock your bike in the locked bike shed after a day of riding. Perfect for outdoors-lovers, work trips and UT football!

This freshly renovated bungalow is stylish and spacious. It features a full kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks to keep you going throughout the day. All three bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms include a shower and tub as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Relax in the cozy living room with TV, games and WiFi or relax in the sunroom. The grill and fire pit offer the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset after a day mountain biking, hiking or just enjoying Knoxville.

Full washer and dryer are available and laundry detergent is provided.

You will have access to the entire bungalow with private entrance. The gravel driveway offers ample parking with additional parking in the lot across the street.

Located in the heart of South Knoxville, you can access the Urban Wilderness trails across the street or enjoy the excellent dining, shopping and events in downtown Knoxville only 3 miles away.

For mountain bikers here to enjoy the superb downhill trails and pump tracks at Baker Creek Preserve, use the bike shed to safely store your bikes overnight. We provide bike tools, a pump, spare tubes and patch kits to make sure nothing gets in your way of a great bike session.

We ask that guests are at least 25 years or older to book.

Perfect and Cozy

This house is so cute! It is remodeled and decorated with a boho/modern feel. The house is small but worked perfectly for our family of 5. The additional details were appreciated like labeling the drawers with barely noticeable labels (ie towels, garbage vs recycling, etc) and oatmeal and bars for a quick breakfast on the go. We appreciated every aspect!

Perfect Experience

We were here for our sons' move-in to UT. Two families needed a warm, comfortable space to sleep and recover. This home was so cozy, bright, and easy to get to from the University. We had every single thing we could possibly need and then some. The place was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well appointed. We would stay here again and again. Next time, we'll do the bike experience when there's not 10" of snow on the ground.
