“Expected much better!!!! Carpet in our room was filthy !!! Certain a tho ha like the toilet paper holder was broken and needed fixing !! Most of the windows in this particular location had broken seals which caused the windows to be cloudy and very unsightly!! Short staffed which left employees doing the work of 2!! The possitive here were the employees that they did have! They were very helpful and accommodating! Won’t be coming back !!!”

“The property is just off the interstate. The hot water and shower was really good. The price was cheap. But it did not feel safe, lots of cigarette butts and debris around the facility, as well as some men just standing around the stairwell. The blankets had visible soil on them. The sheets had black hair all over it. The white sheets and towels were not white, they looked extremely old and worn. The 2 pillows combined did not make one standard pillow. ”

“worst hotel i have stayed at they gave us a dirty room dirty towels in the room it smelt soooo bad and the staff were not helpfully or nice at all we got a new room but they made it a big deal they wouldn’t give us clean towels the other days because we were not at the hotel when they knocked on the door to clean they were just unbelievably rude and it felt very unsafe the hinge on top of the door for the second lock was broken so i felt like i had to barricade the door since it was filled with...

“Front desk night time attendant helpful. Room not clean at all (and looks like it was never cleaned). Stains on bathroom floor, walls, bed sheets, and curtains. Floors not clean, smelled badly of cigarette smoke (even though it was a “non smoking” room). Would not stay here again”

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

“Hotel rooms clean. Nice gym. Pool area was clean but water was too cold. Buceees was in the same lot and was good for food and such. Rooms would be better if they have a safe and if they provided a bottle or two of water. Convenient for our use but would try another hotel next time.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”
