“레지던스라서 럭셔리한걸 기대하면안되는데..적당했다. 다만 비시즌이고 코로나때문에 마당에 리모델링 자재가 잔뜩있고..수영하다보면 지붕에 일하는사람들이 보면서 떠들지않나..마당에서 밥먹지않나..ㅋㅋ 여기 사니까 이해하지..한국에서 놀러왔으면 기절할일..어차피 한국에서 놀러올사람은 여기 올일없으니 선택하지마시길”

“Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization.”

“Very nice and comfortable bedding stuff. I wish that they have some rooms with 2 regular size beds instead of one king size bed. They have a very good room for children activities on the 5th floor. Not enough a toilet papers in the rooms. Absolutely ridiculous situation in the breakfast times. Some rooms are posted online with unclear information about including breakfast or "just available"... My grandson didn't finish eating one cookie and wanted to take it with him...

“I booked a stay for a week and left after one day due to being intimidated by 8 Russian men. As a trans woman traveling alone on vacation knowing that Thailand is very safe for LGBTIQQ ppl. I went to the pool after visiting the spa which was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I left as I felt my life or the safety of my life would be at risk and would not be able to enjoy my trip as planned. While sitting at the pool I had 3 very large mafia type Russian me sit/stand over me while talking...
