Pessimo sconsigliato vivamente
Scadente come hotel camere sporche e sprovviste di tutto, ristorante interno con prezzi esorbitanti e lungo nel servizio isolato dal resto della città senza alcun servizio.

Confortevole e tranquillo...
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Non vi spaventate della location ( si trova all'interno di una marina privata in fase di costruzione) perfetto per chi si vuole muove liberamente per tutta l'isola (auto munito o taxi) ed ogni giorno scegliere una nuova meta ed alla sera fare ritorno in un Hotel confortevole e tranquillo. Per chi ama la vacanza "movimenteta" non è consigliato.

The room given to me was not listed on the site so it was a shock to check in get a different room but the worst part was how discussing the room was it was absolutely filthy and there’s construction going on all sides bugs,flies no door bumpers so you can literally here all the doors slamming shut. Never again will I stay there.

Nh boat lagoon resort phuket
There was a bait and switch. We stayed away from the main resort. Meaning we had to get a buggy every time we wanted to use the facilities. But overall we had a calm stress free restful break. Also the food is bland but still edible so i am sure we could recommend this resort

Fantastisk hotel som gav os et fremragende ophold Kan anbefales. Gode faciliteter og et meget hjælpsom personale. Også morgen maden var god, vi manglede intet. Lystbåd miljøet med gode restauranter. Et meget sikkert sted og hvis man skal et smut til Phi phi sejler man fra havnen. Vi kommer gerne tilbage. Til management i har et dygtige medarbejdere.

They gave us a room in another building, they told us that it was a better room. The cleanliness was conspicuous by its absence. The bathroom was about 30 years old. There was no furniture. There were not even tables on the sides of the bed. It had a good terrace and nice views but not a chair. to sit and even less a table, the truth is if this is a 5 star I would take 2 or 3 from it, we will never return I understand that they are having a wedding but that they get you out of the way because you come through an agency I see it as very bad.

This hotel has had a real makeover, and it shows. The staff seemed very happy in their work, and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. The wide screen TV accepts external hard drive. The shower has great pressure and bathroom stocked with good shampoo and shower gel. Buffet breakfast was excellent but sadly, no Bacon. Parking is easy and right by the door. If I have to find one fault, the mattress is very hard, but always the same in Thailand 😉

Please do not book your stay here, such a scam they do. Even when we did not smoke inside the room , the detector had service issues. They put us a fine of 2000 baht for not smoking in the room.

This was our second time staying here in the last 12 months. The first time we were here for 3 weeks. The rooms are large and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and do their best to meet your needs. The absolutely best part of this resort is the pool. It’s large and the grounds around it are lovely. I especially loved my little patio. It is so nice to walk out onto the patio and there’s the pool and the gardens. Great to sit and have coffee in the morning. Peaceful. I definitely recommend getting the upgrade.

The room was above a kitchen that started cooking at 6.00 am. The smell of burnt cooking was terrible. Otherwise the room was OK. You do a lot of walking to get anywhere in the resort.

Nous devions y passer une nuit, finalement nous y sommes restés 8 nuits et nous y avons passés un excellent séjour, l’hôtel est propre, le personnel est au top d’une gentillesse irréprochable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est abondant, il y en a pour tout les goûts. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Il est bien situé si l’on veut y rester au calme.

There was mosquitoes flying around day & nite and found death cockroach call reception they couldn’t do anything in upgrade where they still put us in the same type room on a lower floor we declined as it show no purpose as I believe that the mosquitoes come from below the dustbins area

Great stay in one bedroom apartment
Room was spacious and well decorated. Great to look out over Marina and plenty of good quality restaurants and coffee shops within 100 metres. Good breakfast at Capt. Table was included.

初日のシャワーは排水が詰まってしまってトイレの方まで溢れそうでしたが、2日目からは排水口をどかした所溢れずに流れました! 428号室は階段ですが、ルーフバルコニーで目の前はクルーザー、ヨットが停泊していて優雅な景観です。 部屋の内装もとてもお洒落で家族皆が喜んでました。

Very unfriendly staff compared to any places I have been in Phuket/Bangkok/Thailand. English is not so good relatively, reception not so polite and cold. The hotel is full of group tourist. Breakfast is absolutely disguisting and foul. Room is far from the reception, gym and breakfast. It was a very rainy day and not very easily accessible. Good at least reasonable price room service thai food on its average.

The hotel on the whole was great. Friendly reception staff and we had a nice room right by the large and inviting pool, which is set in a lovely tropical garden with palm trees etc. We can’t recommend the restaurant though. It’s overpriced, the food is average and the wait staff is rude and speaks close to no English. We found several hairs in our food and during our New Years dinner the lights were shut off on us. The staff explained in broken English that they were on a timer that they couldn’t override. We spoke with reception staff and communicated clearly that we would finish our meal in our room without paying if the lights weren’t turned back on. Only a few minutes later when we were packing up to go did they realise we were serious and suddenly there were three staff operating the switch box to turn the lights back on. For a good meal for half the price of the hotel restaurant, try the little local restaurant back up towards the main road.

Small rooms and dated. The staff was very nice, however. I will probably not stay again, even though it was very close to my customers in Marina. There are some good restaurants in walking distance.

Good, for a couple of nights!
Thank you, for the upgrade☺️☺️ It’s a very nice hotel, but always seems to be full of Chinese, who constantly use their ‘outdoor voice!🤣🤣 Rooms are spacious and super clean, but don’t seem to have facilities for hot drinks? Very unusual!
