Struttura in un contesto meraviglioso mare stupendo ,bei bungalow immersi nella natura e colazione abbondante e variegata.Lungo il tragitto per arrivare e per spostarsi da li visto che li non c è altro .Buone le escursioni A mio parere dovrebbero stare attenti a piu particolari da sistemare nella struttura e ce ne sono parecchi sia nei bungalow che nella struttura

Posizione molto bella, con una grande spiaggia attrezzata. Personale molto gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile. La piscina infinity da cui si può godere il tramonto: davvero meravigliosa. La nostra camera aveva una posizione buonissima e una vista stupenda, potrebbe essere un po’ riammodernata (le rubinetterie erano incrostate e rovinate , il bagno esterno lasciato un po’ andare). I ristoranti dell’hotel sono un po’ troppo cari rispetto alla media degli altri presenti sulla spiaggia (compresi quelli di altri resort), inoltre nel prezzo non sono comprese le tasse (10%+7,7%). L’esperienza in generale è stata positiva, lo consiglierei.

Resort non a 4 stelle
Forse per gli standard della thailandia si può considerare un hotel a 4 stelle, ma mancano completamente i presupposti per esserlo. Ogni mattina, prima di poter ritirare i teli mare, c'era da aspettare mezzora (troppo complicato per i dipendenti prepararne in quantità maggiore), i lettini insufficienti per garantirne uno ad ogni ospite, quindi o si va in spiaggia di prima mattina o si sta tutto il giorno sulla sabbia. Una parte della struttura era soggetta a ristrutturazione, abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati, visto che alle 8 iniziavano con i lavori, ma ci è stato detto che il resort era al completo, cosa che a vista d'occhio non pareva affatto, e naturalmente non ci è stato fatto alcuno sconto al check out per il disturbo. All'interno del resort ci si può spostare tramite driver, con le classiche macchinette da golf, ma armatevi di pazienza, perchè da quello che ho capito, nell'intero resort ce ne sono due, quindi ogni volta che si ha bisogno del driver, prima che arrivi bisogna aspettare parecchio. I ristoranti nel resort offrono cibo di mediocre qualità, e considerato che al di fuori c'è poco, ne approfittano con prezzi gonfiati.

sul mare MA......
la camera che avevo scelto on line era datata, ovvero arredi vecchi e bagno con tendina (meglio farsi la doccia all'esterno), ho preferito fare un upgrade scegliendo una camera nella parte nuova della struttura, bellissima camera con piscina privata annessa e vista mozzafiato al tramonto.

Bello e nella miglior posizione dell'isola
Il resort è molto bello con spiaggia e mare bellissimo. Posto tranquillo immerso nel verde . Essendo situato in un punto dell'isola molto stretto, dal mattino fino al tardo pomeriggio c'è sole in spiaggia e al tramonto si può passare nel sunset bar posizionato sulla collina dotato di piscina e lettini per un aperitivo o cena. Si pranza e si cena con buffet o alla carta con ottimo cibo e si può scegliere la struttura interna, la terrazza o in riva al mare. Il personale è molto gentile ma in realtà io non l'ho trovato molto disponibile.. molta apparenza ma poca sostanza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo di cibo e bevande è ottimo mentre i prezzi delle camere per il tipo di struttura, seppur molto bella, a mio avviso è un po alto. Fuori dal resort sulla spiaggia ci sono alcuni ristorantini locali aperti sia a pranzo che a cena e null'altro. Un piccolo villaggio si trova a 25 minuti a piedi raggiungibile con un sentiero.. sconsigliato percorrerlo la sera .... quindi si resta nel resort o se il mare lo permette ci si puo far portare a Tonsai (unico villaggio animato dell'isola) con delle piccole barche locali (40' minuti circa) Ottima scelta per chi cerca mare natura pace relax ...

L'idea di base non è male, solo che il costo e' assolutamente ingiustificato tenuto conto delle condizioni del resort e della qualità media dei servizi. Le camere sono troppo basiche, arredate in stile minimalista, anzi essenziale, in assenza assoluta di gusto; il bagno e' da pensione mira mare anni 70!! Per il resto ci sono solo grandi potenzialità non gestite con adeguatezza che non valgono comunque il costo medio di 250 euro per la camera a notte ( tenete conto che questo e' uno stipendio medio/basso per un thailandese e avere troppo vicino il villaggio degli zingari ti da il senso della misura di tale circostanza).

Sorry to say this is my first mediocre review of any accommodation in Thailand. The resort seemed to be entirely staffed by teenagers. Our room was very tired and dated. Towel rack falling off the wall, vinyl doors wouldn’t close, no artwork, terrible lighting. Bed was fine and AC worked so there’s that. Posting for yoga on the beach but teacher on holiday; posting still up. No towels at infinity pool, gym had equipment strewn all over the place, happy hour at beach bar advertised 2-5 pm and we get there at 445 and they say not serving after 430…breakfast buffet was good and plentiful and varied. Phi phi is stunningly beautiful don’t was hard to ruin anything with that beauty around you. Great treehouse restaurant “chilli and pepper” and amazing best bar ever called camel rock in local town down the road. Anyway this is called a 4-star but should really be a 2-3 star IMHO.

Die Lage und der Strand ist super, das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, teils stark renovierungsbedürftig, schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstücksauswahl zwar groß , aber von teils schlechter Qualität und unappetitlich. War kein Vergnügen damit. Das ganze eigentlich keine 4 Sterne, deshalb nicht unbedingt weiterzuempfehlen. Schade.

Relaxing, beautiful stay
Visited during the Christmas holiday and enjoyed our 5-day stay. The hotel is a bit on the older side and there was construction happening in some of the suites close to ours that woke us up each morning (even on Christmas Day). The room we were in (Coral Sea View) was a bit outdated and had some quirks but still clean and comfortable with privacy and a gorgeous view. Included a cool outdoor shower we enjoyed. The staff was overall very friendly, though at dinner the service was very slow and drinks took a while, sometimes forgotten. The spa was wonderful for massages and scheduling boat tours and activities was super easy. The highlight was the Sunset pool and bar - so special. Highly recommend walking over to Jasmine’s for a few meals (right next door) and walking 20 mins the viewpoint 2 - then walking 5 mins further to Sai’s beach bar which was very nice.

This property is in desperate need of TLC and much more. The ceiling had large areas of water damage. The siding outside was so old and Sun damaged it was brittle. Grass was knee high behind the unit but got cut the day before we left. The lack of info on their not running water taxis after 2 (get flights arriving before Noon is a must) is a deal breaker. They bait and switch you on the better room and if you lay in advance you lose a day on the water taxi fiasco AND once there is when you find out you have a lesser room. The people are delightful but way too much wrong with the place to redeem it. Even fixed up it shows it’s age. Coffee machine broke. Their solution, wait until seven for a new one and go pay for coffee instead of them bringing it to you free like it is in the room, asap. Not ever a flicker in their eyes that the right response for an old broken coffee maker was to bring us a couple coffees. Sad but this isnt even close to an 8 something property.

Terrible service! Don’t lose your money there!
This hotel is one of my terrible holiday experience in my life. Management team very rude, very unprofessional! Save your money and spend it in better hotels! I paid for one week but I didn’t stayed even one minute in hotel. There is no shuttle service to Tonsai (Centrum)so you have to pay all the time 2.000+ baht each time. If you complain something, they don’t care! If you have any problem, they don’t care! If you want something, they don’t care! They just care how much money they got from people! No guest relations service! All workers are traines / interns, there is no professional people in hotel. My recommendation is don’t throw your money to the trash bin if you guy’s planing to go there! Pools very dirty, sunbeds very old! Everything was very bad!

I love how quiet it is and how polite the staff are, they are all just so wonderful people. My only issue was my room's shower, the water pressure was not so great and the shower heads looked like they should be replaced. Other than that, maybe some small construction updates(some cracked concrete and wood in a few places), like the walkway up to my room and the wood on the deck on the porch of the room. Also, some bug spray foggers and a free bottle when you check in might be a good addition to the resort, because the mosquitos are insatiable. But don't focus on the less-than-pleasurable things. Phi Phi Holiday Resort is amazing. From start to finish, the experience is so smooth and streamlined. They got it figured out Excellent stay!

Alles in allem war es ein fantastischer Urlaub. Die Bungalows sind nicht mehr die neuesten aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Warmes Wasser, Klimaanlage usw. war alles prima. Der Außenbereich wird im Moment wieder komplett aufgearbeitet und aufgeräumt aber man fühlt sich wohl und man kann herrlich auf der Anlage rum laufen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist echt lecker und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Restaurants und Bars direkt am Strand sind echt zu empfehlen und haben ne grosse Auswahl. Das Fitnessstudio ist echt prima und auch dort ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal und die Bewohner sind echt fantastisch. Super freundlich und wirklich bemüht den Gästen einen super Urlaub zu verschaffen. Probleme in den Zimmern usw. werden direkt vom Personal beseitigt. Der Strand und das Wasser sind der Hammer. Sehr sauber und vor allem eine herrliche Ruhe zum entspannen. Auch die Freizeitaktivitäten sind prima. Schnorcheln, Kanu oder Kajak, Bootstouren rund um die Insel, Fitnesscenter oder einfach nur faul am Strand liegen. Circa 30 minuten Fußweg zum nächsten kleinen Dorf mit Supermärkten, kleine Shops, Bars und Restaurants. Transfer mit dem Boot zum Resort und zurück klappen auch prima. Das Resort ist genau das richtige für Leute die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Keine Clubs, Discos, Autos oder sonstiges. Ein grosses Dankeschön an die gesamte Belegschaft des Resorts und natürlich auch an Expedia für den reibungslosen Ablauf dieser Reise. Gerne wieder und bis zum nächsten Mal auf Ko Phi Phi.

We haven’t been to the resort for a few years due to COVID etc but was pleasantly surprised that it was still very quaint and relaxed, the staff are great and spa and restaurants/bars fantastic. Can’t wait to plan another holiday back to Phi Phi island. It is also great to see that the resort is updating rooms to enhance the experience

Would definitely return. As expected, ask for bungalow 118 if you want to step out to the sea and be able to watch the sunrise from your panoramic window. We kept our garbage in the fridge because there are ants (they will find anything sweet or food related) The restaurant staff are slow especially if there is a tour group in at the same time. Otherwise magnificent. Nicest room I’ve had in all my travels for view. This is in a national park zone so they do not spray for bugs. Surprisingly I never saw any roaches or anything strange. We had a gecko one night and a wierd spider outside the door. Zip up your suitcases and don’t leave food out (as in any warm climate country) Bed was lovely, room service was super super quick. Beach was unbelievable and zero garbage. Make sure to note you need a speedboat and A longtail boat to get here. We didn’t have a hitch with scheduling these. Make sure to bring 40baht cash for the environmental fee when you get off the speedboat. For those that get seasick, it was doable. I was fine. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the massage either BUT completely different than a North American massage. Book for 90minutes. Loved it.

The hotel was undergoing renovations and new construction so some of the amenities were closed with some building noise. This didn’t really cause too many problems and will enhance the hotel when completed. The main bar was extremely quiet and lacked any atmosphere unfortunately. The beachfront studio we had was nice and well situated but needed some upgrading, especially in the bathroom. Again, it didn’t detract from our stay. We didn’t use the pools but one was out of use for a day? The beach is lovely but again could do with a bit of cleaning. The breakfast restaurant needs hand sanitizer as everyone uses the same implements for serving the food. The staff were friendly & helpful. All this said we had a great stay and loved Phi Phi. Would also stay here again.

Excellent location fantastic views right on the beach. One hour speed boat trip to there which was ok. Food at the 3-4 restaurants was good. Very relaxing 7 days.

Beautiful scenery, but very secluded. Food options are mediocre. Any boat transportation arranged by the hotel was not pleasant… they stuff you in so tight.
