Notre séjour au Coco-I Island Escape by Burasari a été absolument magnifique. 🌴✨
L’emplacement est tout simplement enchanteur, entouré d’une nature tropicale luxuriante qui donne l’impression d’être dans un véritable petit paradis. La propreté est exceptionnelle, tout est impeccable et parfaitement entretenu.
La qualité de la nourriture nous a également beaucoup impressionnés : des plats savoureux, frais et bien présentés. 🍽️

“We had for 9 nights a Junior Villa room with all-inclusive to celebrate our honeymoon and our staying was great.
Villas are more secluded than normal rooms, they come with more space between each other, they have a pleasant balcony and view on the green and vegetation that is inside the hotel.
The beach of Kamala is right across the street and in the northern end is possible to do snorkeling.
Staff was absolutely great, they are friendly and super positive in attitude and smiling.

“Eccellente hotel a 2 km dal centro di Patong. Personale cortese e professionale, struttura in ottimo stato. Da tener presente che non ha la spiaggia e che la colazione non è all’altezza del resto della struttura. Lo consiglio”
“Struttura vecchia con camere non più all’altezza. Se lo si paga come un 3 stelle allora si fa un buon affare. Se lo si paga come un 5 stelle decisamente non si rimane soddisfatti. La camera (junior suite) è ampia ma arredata con qualità bassa in tutti i dettagli. Il bagno è molto vecchio e brutto. Molto buono e vario il buffet per la colazione. Le piscina piccole e non adeguate al livello dell’hotel (anche se non si va in Thailandia per stare in piscina). ”

I arrive at 14.30 at the hotel, i booked specifically this one for Splash (water park) , the problem was that from 15.30 to 17.15 i was waiting my luggage in the room. I call them several times, to have it in time to go to splash for mi kids.
Result: splash closed at 17.30, and my kids crying realized that they could not have access. They also stopped my room telephone to avoid my complains. Another particular to say...
