Hotel a Kobelsdorf

“Uriges Hotel mit historischem Charakter. Das Dreibettzimmer verfügt wirklich über 3 Betten mit guten Matratzen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, dafür war das Zimmer in einigen Ecken nicht so sauber. Laut Expedia Check-In ab 13.30 Uhr, was nicht stimmt. Erst ab 15 Uhr, aber wir durften die Koffer schon im Zimmer abstellen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber für 15 € pro Person ganz schön happig.”

“Die Betten waren frisch bezogen und sauber. Leider machte aber der Rest der Unterkunft eher einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Die Tapeten blättern von der Wand, die Fenster sind undicht und Verdunklungsrollos oder ähnliches gab es auch nicht. Der Preis war aber sehr günstig.”

“Arriving by train had to ask how to get to hotel as having NO working handy coming from oversees . The access to hotel very steep and a challenge using a walker (rollator), however it was very nice of the receptionist/manager backing down a car to manage the steep hill, although there are 45 steps to use. Later on enjoying a beer/wine in the very quiet lobby using the rocking chairs. To explore Meissen, we used a taxi from hotel - called by staff - to the Dom and from there a sight seeing bus...

“Viele schlechte Bewertungen !!?? Ich muss sagen weiß nicht warum ? Es stinkt nicht, Zimmer sind sauber, kein Schimmel im Bad etc. Das Hotel ist für den Preis sehr gut. Das Baugerüst draußen soll heute verschwinden. Außen und innen ist alles erneuert worden. Fahrradraum vorhanden und Frühstück im Bäcker 3 Minuten entfernt. Ich empfehle.”

“Internet was very slow. Staff, not great. Nobody works during the night. Freezing cold rooms and when trying to put the heaters on, they don't work. You have to sleep with scarves and jackets on. Breakfast is terrible. Bathroom door is made of glass and the bathroom has a window towards the living room, with the blinds on the living room side of the glass. Personnel always makes sure that you know when they are closing or leaving. Pillows are terrible also, and bedding had a humid feel.”

“Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden.”

“Die Dame ist einfach nicht kompromissbereit. Sie akzeptiert keine andere Meinung und stellt ihr AGB‘s über alles. Ich wollte eine halbe Stunde, aufgrund schlechten Wetters, vorher ins Zimmer, aber das war nicht möglich. Sie hat mir selber gesagt, das Sie meine Anrufe gesehen hat, aber sie ist einfach nicht ans Telefon gegangen. Sie ist alles in allem sehr unfreundlich und sehr unzugänglich für alles. Selbst als ich Sie angesprochen habe das Thema ohne eine schlechte Bewertung zu klären da...
