Università Koc: Tour e Visite Guidate

The room was ok, We had a room that had a door to a second room and every single thing could be heard through the door. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise hotel was ok, room was clean and the staff was helpful, service was a bit slow, for example we reserved a hamam for 2 people at 10.am. Went down to the spa and the guy working there didn't have a clue about our reservation so he moved it up with 2 hours because his workers were coming then. When we went down again, one of the workers were sick, so we had to wait for the 30 min when the other one got the service. The hamam worker was a really nice lady and did a great job! Same with the poolside "bar" it was supposed to be open, but it wasn't so we went down to get the drinks and it took 35 min to get them to us. We also booked a Bosborus cruise through reception and they gave us a price of 220€ (for 4 persons), we paid at the boat and the real price was 276€. That was a bit disappointing too. But I feel that they tried their best, and we had a lovely vacay. Would book the hotel again if visiting Istanbul for a second time.
