“They charged us a $50 deposit, claiming they would refund it at checkout—but that never happened. They stole our $50, and the exact same thing happened to some acquaintances of ours. On top of that, the refrigerator didn't even work.”

“This hotel was great. Remodeled and very clean. Next to the trolley route. No pet fees. Aldeen at the desk is wonderful as is the night man although I didn't get his name. The only problem that I see is with the guests that don't appreciate that they have a nice clean room and are allowed their pets with no fee but refuse to clean up after their dogs. This is not the hotel's fault at all. They do their best to keep the dedicated area mowed and clean. They provide a garbage can and bags. ...
