“Camera pulita e personale molto cortese”

“Shout out for the food, the real ace in the sleeve of the resort. It was always great, fresh and offered many options for Cretan dishes. The beach and the sea are beautiful, as well as the whole resort. Rooms are good and functional (i.e. no walk-in showers, wardrobe with doors. etc). Entertainment was great, with different offering across the week. My view on points to upgrade: too many people playing in the swinning pool with balls, air mattresses, inflatable nets, etc. It became unbearable,...

“Le camere sono molto piccole, se siete più di 2 persone sarete scomodi. In compenso cibo è ottimo, il personale è gentile ed efficiente, l'animazione ok. In generale siamo rimasti soddisfatti del soggiorno. ”

“Il primo giorno, 6 agosto, l'hotel non aveva stanze disponibili, ma ci hanno ospitato in un cinque stelle in una camera doppia con un enorme terrazzo. Il giorno dopo ci avevano dato una stanza francamente brutta con mobili vecchi e un divano impolverato dal tempo. Ma dopo le nostre proteste ci hanno dato una stanza vista mare molto migliore. Il personale è sempre stato gentilissimo. La struttura è a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Ammoudara e ben collegata con Heraklion e Cnosso. A due passi...
