“We had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. ”

“家族3人で利用しました。1階ロビーや中庭、部屋もとてもきれいで過ごしやすかったです。お風呂も広く特に露天風呂のロケーションが良かった。夜は歩いてすぐの居酒屋を紹介していただきましたしコンビニも徒歩5分くらいだと思います。朝食はお味噌汁代わりのほうとう鍋がついていて嬉しかった。1泊朝食付きのプランでしたがとてもコスパ良くここで良かったと思いました。”

“The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely rustic atmosphere. The amenities were good, and the staff was very friendly and spoke great English. The private hot spring was easy to book a time slot for, and was very relaxing. “The futon’s aren’t very thick so it can be a bit uncomfortable if you’re a side sleeper. Other than that our stay was great. The owner, Yudai, is incredible and has an excellent sense of hospitality. When I come to Hakone again this place will be at the top of my list. ”
