Welcome to Palm Cove Villa, tucked away at the peaceful edge of a sleepy little village in Kabalana, this new large modern villa is your own slice of tropical paradise. Think barefoot mornings, monkeys in the trees, coffee by the pool, and lazy beach days just a short wander away.

This spacious villa is designed to welcome natural light, decorated in neutral tones which creates a serene ambiance. The open-plan living space is light, cool and breezy, with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, comfortable sofas, recliners and a large TV. French windows give direct access to the large terrace, garden and pool. The open kitchen has everything that you need including washing machine, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, oven and hob, crockery, glassware, cutlery, saucepans and utensils.

The villa has strong superfast Wi-Fi with excellent coverage throughout.

Palm Cove Villa features three en-suite bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans, each with a comfortable king size bed and its own bathroom with hot water rain shower. The master bedroom opens straight onto the garden which is perfect for sneaky morning dips or stargazing in bed.

Outside is where the real magic happens:

Private gated entrance is from a courtyard with security, the whole villa is extremely private and not overlooked, the grounds are surrounded by a high boundary wall which is covered by CCTV, onsite parking is available for several vehicles. The grounds are well lit with a combination of sensor lights at the entrance and gates, also ambient lighting around the grounds and pool patio.

The villa is set in almost an acre of landscaped grounds with a variety of plants, flowers and trees including coconut palms, mango and lime. Central to the villa is the swimming pool which is accessed by tiled steps, cleaned daily and has lighting for night swimming. Adjacent to the pool is the patio, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The space around the pool and patio means there is almost always a lovely breeze to keep you cool on balmy hot days.
A large three-metre-wide terrace surrounds the living area, equipped with easy chairs, cushions, outdoor dining options and gas BBQ it makes the perfect shaded space for socialising or relaxing. The whole terrace is covered by lights and ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Inside the villa you will find all areas are covered by air conditioning and ceiling fans. Doors and windows throughout the villa are fitted with insect screens. The whole villa is modern, light and airy and full length windows give a view of the grounds which is compliments the neutral decoration.
The open kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, freezer, bottle fridge, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans and utensils is provided.

The open living & dining spaces are light and airy and are separated from the kitchen by a central breakfast bar for casual dining, this is adjacent to a more formal dining setting seating six persons. The living space has a variety of seating options including comfortable sofas and reclining chairs, there is also a large TV.

There are three spacious bedrooms each with an extremly comfortable king sized bed, drawer and hanging space, mirrors and combination of lighting. Bed linen and towels are provided and we offer a change every 3 days during your stay. Each bedroom has a spacious fully tiled attached bathroom.

The villa has a laundry room with access to a front-loading washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
