Hotel di lusso a Koh Rong

“Our villa was wonderful, large spacious room. The staff came twice to our villa to carry out housekeeping. The Royal Sands Koh Rong certainly has an eye for detail and think of everything a traveller needs. We are very glad we stayed here. Special mention to Kean and Sela who were amazingly welcoming and assisted with all our various queries. Sela booked us a car to pick us up from Sihanoukville pier to our hotel. The Royal Sands made our stay on Koh Rong perfect!”

“Soggiorno meraviglioso, camera ampia e pulita giornalmente con affaccio sulla piscina. Colazione ampia e varia, ristorante in loco di ottima qualità (seppur un po’ caro). Spiaggia privata in un tratto incantevole con ombrelloni e lettini per tutti gli ospiti. Sup gratuiti, Ping pong e palestra. Possibilità di noleggio scooter direttamente dentro al resort. “I got bitten by bad bugs. That's all! The service is generally very poor. The staff doesn't speak English. The amenities of the resort are not maintained properly (we had a rice plate in the pool bar, a bit of food falled on the bar and it stayed there for the whole length of our stay - 5 days). At the moment of the check out, the staff charged the bar expenses on our credit card twice and we are still fighting to get the money back. ”

“We were very disappointed on arrival - a very loud construction site far from the tropical paradise we were expecting. The staff were very kind offering us a free dinner and a room upgrade on the 2nd night. Thank god - the shiwer did’nt drain and there was a lake in front if the toilet. Food is wondreful as well as the beach. Please check with the hotel before booking to see if they have finished construction.”

“Les chambres (genre de mobile-homes) sont toutes les mêmes (avec un lit double + un lit simple) elles sont spacieuses ( mais très peu de rangements). Petit déjeuner buffet très correct, avec options salées et sucrées incluses. Nuits calmes. Prévoir insecticide car bcp de moustiques dans les chambres. Personnel très souriant et agréable. Hôtel ouvert très récemment, donc à voir avec le temps. ”
