Questa villa si trova sulla costa occidentale di Koh Samui, in particolare la spiaggia di Lipa Noi. La costa occidentale è la costa in cui il sole tramonta, quindi puoi guardare il tramonto ogni giorno.

La stessa Villa è murata e copre un terreno di 300 m2. La villa stessa ha una superficie di circa 120 m2.
La Villa è composta da un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo e zona salotto e una cucina aperta.
Inoltre, ci sono due camere da letto, entrambe con aria condizionata e bagno privato per una completa privacy. Una camera da letto si trova su un lato del soggiorno e l'altra camera da letto sull'altro lato del soggiorno. Entrambe le camere hanno accesso alla terrazza e alla piscina.

All'esterno della villa, ma all'interno delle vostre mura troverete una spaziosa terrazza e una piscina privata adiacente alla Sala (rifugio per ricovero). Questo è circondato da piante tropicali come palme bouganville e francipani. Ci sono sedie a sdraio e un'area salotto sulla terrazza.


Intorno a questa villa troverete servizi sufficienti come ristoranti e stabilimenti balneari. A pochi passi troverete Big John Seafood, un rinomato ristorante specializzato in frutti di mare ma anche un altro elenco molto completo.
Troverai anche il famoso CLub con sedi a Monaco, Miami e Marrakech a 2 minuti di auto dal "Nikki Beach Club". Non è per niente che il NIkki Beach Club è atterrato a Lipa Noi a causa della bellissima spiaggia !!!

Lipa Noi è ulteriormente caratterizzato da molte palme e natura. Non è completamente costruito come la costa orientale, che naturalmente giova alla pace e alla natura. C'è anche molto meno inquinamento e fastidi agli odori, come spesso accade su Chaweng. Ti rilasserai davvero qui.
La spiaggia di Lipa noi è una delle più belle dell'isola. La spiaggia è anche molto adatta ai bambini perché finisce lentamente e il mare non è profondo allo stesso tempo. Bambini e adulti possono fare una bella nuotata qui. La spiaggia ha una bellissima sabbia bianca ed è relativamente ampia.

Wie auch letztes Jahr haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn man den Touristenrummel nicht braucht, dann ist man hier genau richtig.

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Chris en zijn vrouw, zelf de koelkast was gevuld met koud drinken en ijsjes in de vriezer en gratis drinkwater tijdens het verblijf. De bedden zijn uitstekend zoals wij in nederland gewend zijn. Kortom alles is aanwezig wat je thuis ook gewend bent. Heerlijk zwembad met bbq en geeft je echt een vakantie gevoel. De omgeving is authentiek thais je bevind je tussen de locals en geen drukte van toertistme. Strand is nog geen 3 min lopen en genoeg eet en drink gelegenheid op loop afstand. Schoonmaak van het huis en zwembad word in overleg gedaan perfect geregeld. Een dikke 10 dus een locatie om nooit te vergeten en zeker terug te komen.

Ich kann mich der Meinung der Vorgänger vorbehaltlos anschliessen. Auch wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Einzig der hin und wieder störende Baustellenlärm war eine kleine Beeinträchtigung. Des Weiteren ist man tatsächlich auf einen Roller oder ein Auto angewiesen, wenn man auch nur kleine Unternehmungen machen will.

Ein Stück Paradies zum Erholen und Faulenzen. Ohne gegenüberliegende Baustelle wäre es noch schöner gewesen. Etwas abgelegen, aber das wollten wir so ja auch um dem Massen-tourismus aus dem Weg zu gehen. Ein gemieteter Roller hat einiges einfacher gemacht. Der Pool ist gross genug, braucht aber eine Sanierung, da viele Fugenanteile fehlen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Frau und ich waren 14 Tage auf Koh Samui. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt organisiert und bei unserer Ankunft vorbereitet. Wir hatten eine Abholung vom Flughafen zum Haus mit einem privaten Fahrer über CHRIS vereinbart, um dem Ärger mit den Taxigangs aus dem Weg zu gehen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Wohngegend abseits des Rummels und man kann dort wirklich ausspannen und relaxen. Zum Meer und zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle Dinge, die man sich wünscht, waren vorhanden. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet, das gilt auch für die Elektrogeräte. Von der Kühl-Gefrierkombination bis zum Mixer war alles vorhanden . Es gab einen TV mit deutschen und internationalen Sendern. In jedem Raum eine separat regelbare Klimaanlage und 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und je einem eigenen Bad. Auch den Pool und die Außenterrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Unser spezieller Dank gilt CHRIS dem Manager vor Ort, er hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat alles sehr professionell erledigt. ........................................................... My wife and I stayed on Koh Samui for 14 days. We really enjoyed staying in the villa. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared upon our arrival. We arranged a pick up from the airport to the house with a private driver through CHRIS to avoid the hassle of the taxi gangs. The house is very quiet in a beautiful residential area away from the hustle and bustle and you can really unwind and relax there. It is only a 2-minute walk to the sea and the beach. Nothing was missing in the house. All the things you could want were there. The kitchen was fully equipped, including the electrical appliances. From the fridge-freezer to the mixer, everything was there . There was a TV with German and international channels. In each room a separately adjustable air conditioning and 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. We also really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor terrace. Our special thanks go to CHRIS, the manager on site, he lovingly looked after us and was always available for us and did everything very professionally.

A few issues. The property is a little tired. We self cater most of the time. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Knives forks spoons were very tired again bent tongs on the forks only 2 knives. Towels were wearing through. Spoke to Chris who looks after the property he dealt with all of our concerns straight away even had a plumber round to fit new tap and run hot water to the sink. So can't complain really. Just did not expect this.

Wir haben die Villa für 2 Wochen gebucht. Wir sind als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern angereist. Die Snacks, Getränke und das Obst zum Einzug, das Eis im Gefrierfach waren super. Haben uns sehr darüber gefreut. Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche gab alles her, was man zum kochen braucht. Die Villa war sauber, der wöchentliche Putzservice hat uns auch gut gefallen. Der einzige negative Punkt an der Villa war für uns die Lage. Ohne fahrbaren Untersatz ist mit etwas aufgeschmissen. Es ist zwar ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe, allerdings sind sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mindestens eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Man fühlt sich schon etwas ab vom Schuss. Wer damit kein Problem hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Marcos Villa war einfach fantastisch. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Alles was wir brauchten, war da. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Danke Marco, dass wir deine Gäst sein durften. Vielen Dank auch an Chris und Prem, die ihren Teil dazu beigetragen haben, unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen.

We have been coming to Marco’s property every time we come to Koh Samui. Even though the location is a bit far from restaurants and supermarkets we have always enjoyed that side of the island. It’s quiet and close to the beach. The house has everything we need and we love using the pool and the BBQ. Thank you, Marco, Christophe and Khun Prem for your hospitality!

It is great for guests with dogs and is spotlessly clean. Easy walking distance to two beaches and restaurants, again all dog friendly. The villa is great for relaxing, swimming and bbqs etc. Host is very professional.

This is our third time staying at Marco’s property. It never disappoints! Thank you for the hospitality and for buying the water dispenser. It made our stay even more convenient! Marco’s Villa has exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet area of the island where you can enjoy nature walks but you can also find everything you need. Christophe and K. Prem were super helpful and prompt. The unit has everything you need, it’s clean and has all the amenities to entertain children. We love the little pool. And the best of all, it’s pet friendly. We look forward to going back as soon as we can! Thank you all!

Property was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, the welcome package of drinks, fruit and snacks very good and appreciated. Outside area had enough space for us and the pool was clean and lovely to take a dip into after exploring the island. The location was also quiet but had easy access to a few restaurants and a family mart. On island contact Chris was friendly and available if needed. Overall lovely stay and a great base for either exploring the island or relaxing by the beach or pool. Would be very happy to stay if we return to Samui.

Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all but close to the beach. Had not realized how far away most everything was but did not disrupt our holiday one bit as taxis are readily available. Loved it!

La villa est conforme aux photos, lumineuse, bien équipée et entouré d'un petit jardin avec piscine. Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé dans les sanitaires et derrière les meubles. Le mobilier est fatigué mais tout a fait fonctionnel. La villa est située dans un lotissement sécurisé entouré d'autres jolies propriétés proche de la plage. Néanmoins, la plage est partiellement privatisée, un panneau au début du chemin vous fait clairement comprendre d'aller voir un peu plus loin... Une supérette FamilyMart est accessible à pied (pas de légumes, pas de viandes mais des snacks, glaces, boissons ...). Beaucoup d'excellents restaurants se trouvent à proximité.

Der Aufenthalt war von A -Z schön. Der gew. Transfer vom Flughafen, die Betreuung vor Ort mit Chris und Prem waren hervorragend. Einzig das 3 stöckige Haus verhindert die "Uneinsehbarkeit"

Superbe villa parfaitement conforme à l’annonce. C’était notre petit jardin secret, sans vis à vis, l’endroit est tranquille et bien entretenu. La piscine est de taille parfaite et s’y baigner est un délice, et à toute heure ! Nous avons été bien accueillis par Christophe qui s’avère en plus parler français. Nous avions quelques boissons fraîches et des fruits pour nous accueillir, nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La literie est très bien, le linge est propre et frais, la villa est parfaitement équipée. Nous n’y avons trouvé aucun défaut ! Bien sûr, la cerise sur le gâteau, on est situé à deux pas de la plage. Si nous devions revenir à Koh Samui, nous reprendrions la même location !

Vom ersten Kontakt mit Marco per Mail bis zu Chris persönlich vor Ort oder per whatsapp war alles wunderbar organisiert. Die Villa war exakt wie beschrieben. Herrliche Privatsphäre auf dem uneinsehbaren Grundstück mit einem superklaren Pool. Kurze Wege zum Beach und auch zu einer Vielzahl kleiner Restaurants am Strand, mit Füßen im Sand, wer es mag. Somit haben sich unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Netter Vermieter und gute Betreuung vor Ort. Allerdings sollte mach sich unbedingt ein Auto mieten.
