Tutto bene, ma mi è sembrato strano non avere uno specchio in camera e una luce adatta in bagno accanto allo specchio per potersi truccare… per il resto, tutto perfetto:staff top, letto comodo, ottima colazione, spiaggia confortevole… Mare eccezionale!

Ottima struttura. Adoro l’Ozo! Si trova sulla spiaggia di chaweng nella zona più tranquilla. La spiaggia e il mare sono meravigliosi! Camere piccole ma funzionali. La colazione qualcosa di eccezionale, una goduria vera e propria. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Peccato per il mancato vip acces. La scusa era l’alta stagione! Però lo consiglio davvero per la qualità del servizio e l’ubicazione. Fosse per me, ci tornerei ogni anno e questo è già il quarto! Lo adoro

Ottima struttura. Personale gentile e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema. Camere piccole ma molto funzionali e ben organizzate. Letto comodo con biancheria molto buona. Colazione straordinaria ricca di qualsiasi cosa. Location perfetta, sul punto di spiaggia migliore di chaweng e anche tranquilla la sera. Devo dire che ci piace molto. È la terza volta che torniamo e ci hanno omaggiato di un cesto di frutta. Gesto molto apprezzato! Ultimo giorno ci hanno messo una camera a disposizione per fare la doccia vista la partenza in tarda serata. Sono pienamente soddisfatta di questo hotel e lo consiglio davvero.

Hotel moderno situato sul tratto di mare più bello con spiaggia bianca e fine,noi abbiamo alloggiato nelle camere beach,la stanza non è molto grande,ma comunque si utilizza solo per dormire.Posizione centrale nella via principale ma non nel tratto più affollato.Colazione abbondante e varia,ristorante a prezzi buoni.Piscina grande e pulita,personale molto gentile e disponibile.Consigliatissimo per una vacanza tranquilla e a tutto comfort

Migliore posizione sulla spiaggia di Chaweng
L'ozo è un hotel moderno. Le camere sono piccole ma funzionali. la colazione è straordinaria per la qualità e quantità di cibo, un po' meno la sala climatizzata dove si mangia che sa un po' di mensa ma basta uscire ed è già più carino. La piscina molto bella, wifi funzionante... ma il vero valore aggiunto di questo Hotel è la posizione. La spiaggia e il mare sono bellissimi, il miglior punto della spiaggia Chaweng. Esci fuori dall'hotel e trovi tutto. Perfetto! Lo consiglio davvero, per noi è la seconda volta.

Bello! È un hotel moderno, tutto nuovo, molto bello e confortevole. La stanza non è molto grande ma confortevole in tutto. Ottima biancheria, bagno grande, wifi funzionante. La piscina bella anche se l'hotel è posizionato nel miglior punto di spiaggia/mare di chaweng e dintorni. Colazione fantastica con grande scelta. Noleggiano scooter. L'avevo notato lo scorso anno quando ero su quella spiaggia, ho fatto bene a sceglierlo. Lo consiglio davvero

Ottimo hotel con una bellissima spiaggia
Camere un po' piccine ma molto confortevoli e ben disposte, la pulizia è ottima e la struttura piuttosto nuova. Il bar in piscina serve ottime insalate e frullati. La spiaggia e il mare sono molto belli, acqua bassa e limpida ed è l'unica con la rete di protezione per evitare incontri ravvicinati con eventuali meduse. La posizione è proprio al centro di Chaweng, quindi comoda per negozi e ristoranti. Siamo stati proprio bene e lo consiglierei senza dubbio.

nice hotel in a perfect position in cheweng beach
the hotel is very nice and clean, our room was an ocean view and was really beautiful the position in the south - center of cheweng, it is the best part of the beach (north and south are not really good), far from the north caotic part, but meanwhile just 5/10 minutes walking from locals and bars breakfast was amazing

Bella struttura in eccellente posizione
Struttura nuova, molto curata e con estrema attenzione al cliente. Posizione eccellente sia per la spiaggia (uno dei punti più belli della spiaggia di cheweng) che per la sera. Camere un po' piccole ma comunque confortevoli. Ho trovato un po' eccessivo il costo delle consumazioni al bar, ma essendoci varie alternative in spiaggia o immediatamente vicino non si è costretti a usufruirne. Assolutamente consigliato!

10 giorni senza nessun problema..il massimo in thailandia.si e' vero non in stile thai, ma tutto super perfetto e nuovo.manager eccezionali-specialmente il responsabile piscina-manutenzione e attenzione massima.le camere non grandissime ma di design e carine.consiglio almeno le dream per la vista...piscina bellissima spiaggia centralissima.con 2 figli adolescenti e' stato perfetto per loro uscire e trovarsi in centro chaweng .il ristorante ottimo come il servizio.certo prezzi italianissimi!!!!!ma standart di qualita' altissimi. delizioso che mio marito che compiva gli anni in quei giorni abbia trovato in camera biglietto di auguri e nel frigo torta-happy birthday-!!!!!fantastico.

Nessun difetto, tutto perfetto. Hotel molto nuovo, camere non grandissime ma di dimensioni piu che giuste (del resto si utilizzano solo per dormire e per fare la diccia). Ogni giorno vengono fornite due bottoglie d acqua. Situato nella migliore zona di chaweng, con spiaggia privata attrezzata di ombrelloni e lettini. Sono forniti anche i teli da mare. Colazione ricca a buffet, c è di tutto. Se proprio un difetto lo si vuole trovare...prezzo alto consumazioni al bar. Conviene comprare dai venditori ambulanti.

My issue with the resort and reason for 3 stars is because there was no consideration given for my Expedia status on the room upgrade or property amenity. I politely asked 2x but ultimately gave up. Overall great stay and value to spend. I do recommend this place. I Enjoyed the breakfast and beach bar dining & drink options. Beach right outside resort is very nice, but near the umbrellas and seating the sand is littered but that is expected considering the amount of foot traffic. The street is very walkable with plenty of dining options and away from the main strip and busiest areas but very easily walkable.

Where can I begin? First of all the location and beachfront access were amazing. The staff went way out and beyond a D-defined VIP service. The front person I Don't recall his name (blond hair) made our stay very special . They also sent my daughter a personal cake to her room for her birthday!

The room wasn't very big, plastic chair low quality toiletries, 3 English movie channels, no rain shower , felt like a ibis room for the price point not value for money, pool is great, location is great , beach is beach , still bottles and cigarettes from the previous day on the beach , breakfast was very good and all the staff were amazing, island hotels are a little more expensive but overall I did extend my stay by 3 extra days so not that bad

The location of the hotel is very nice right on the beach. Though tell us set up well with the pool in the middle The main road right outside is all the shops and it's very walkable... Had a wonderful time walking the entire beach and the city for shopping highly recommend.!

Nice place with nice beach & pool. Small room and ok price. Pretty good breakfast buffet.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the OZO! The room was clean and quiet, the pool was fantastic, and the staff were attentive and kind. I like how it’s within walking distance to everything but not in the craziness of Chaweng beach. I would definitely stay at the OZO again!

Helaas doet men hier aan het zg handdoekje leggen waardoor na het ontbijt geen bedjes met parasol beschikbaar waren. Paar keer geen kopjes om tijdens ontbijt koffie te nemen dus maar gekocht aan de bar buiten. Fijn dat er bij de buren wel bedjes beschikbaar waren, tevens zijn de prijzen voor een drankje en een hapje daar een stuk aangenamer.
