One of the bathrooms is equipped with an automatic TOTO toilet for added comfort, and also houses a washer and dryer for your convenience. The third bedroom, set in its own private pavilion, offers peace and privacy with an equally impressive en suite — perfect for grandparents, older kids, or visiting friends.

• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $300 (cash only) security deposit from the guest
