“No breakfast staff very friendly”

“È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Stavolta però ho scelto una stanza più grande e nell’ala dell’hotel da cui non si sente il passaggio della metropolitana perchè ho il sonno molto leggero. Tutto è andato bene. Il personale è un po freddino ma efficiente e la pulizia è perfetta! La colazione, nonostante abbia visto solo stranieri, manca nella varietà riguardo una vera colazione continentale.”

“Ottima struttura con stanze molto ampie per lo standard di Tokyo. Ottima posizione a Ueno vicino aolte linee di metropolitana. Letti comodi e bagno ampio, lavatrice e asciugatrice a disposizione nell'edificio. Foto sul sito expedia veritiere. La colazione ha poca scelta ma è buona, e comunque vicino c'è tantissima scelta di ristoranti.”

“Always a great place to stay, it can be more expensive than many other places, but overall it’s a top notch place with easy access to the Narita Skyliner and stations as well as it has a small studio like kitchen. The Staff are mostly international students and speak perfect fluent English so Google Translate is not necessary. Rooms are always clean. They do have laundry. “新しいのでどこも綺麗で、付属のアメニティや設備も文句なしです。コンセントも必要な箇所にたくさんあり、水コーヒー緑茶などもありました。連泊すると掃除無しでもタオルなど追加で置いてくれます。 ひとつだけ トイレットペーパーが厚くて良すぎるのか、大量の水を流さないと残ってしまいます。家族以外と泊まる方は気をつけてください。流したあとも毎回何度も確認しました…。”

“初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！”

“Aufenthalt insgesamt gut. Das Hotel versucht das Thema Nachhaltigkeit umzusetzen, schafft dies aber nur bedingt. Die Reinigung der Zimmer wird alle vier Tage angeboten, die Handtücher werden aber standardmäßig jeden Tag gewechselt, was keinem nachhaltigen Konzept entspricht. Der Zustand des doch recht neuen Hotels war anders als erwartet. Am ersten Tag löste sich die vorher bereits sichtbar geklebte Zierleiste an einer Ablage.
