“They could not find our booking because we used hotel.com. they let us in early to our room. Shower nozzle broken and no hot water. No drinking water supplied either. Contacted receptionist, and they fixed the shower and hot water in 30min. He was super apologetic and helpful. Gym next door is really loud at night. “Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service aller Mitarbeiter ist hervorragend. Wir haben uns 2 Transfers und einen Tagesausflug vom Hotel organisieren lassen. Die Kommunikation vorab ist sehr freundlich und alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.Das Bett ist das bequemste was wir in ganz Usbekistan hatten.
